Clean rooms. Great location mid island. Awesome screened in porch. Everything was as described. Easy check in and out. Southern Belle makes you sign a seperate contract after you rent which was concerning at first, but is really the same expectations of any VBRO. We signed it and had no issues at all.

Easter week getaway

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. We were pleased and really enjoyed our stay . The weather was perfect and the beach was excellent. Tybee is a really cute beach town with really good restaurants and very friendly people. We will be back!

Tybee Together

This was a home away from home perfect spot. Plenty of space & the carriage house is a great bonus. The bedroom behind kitchen was a little tight spaced with using a pack n play, but the screened porch in the evenings gave us a great “hang out” space. Easy walk to beach & shops.

I would highly recommend! Perfect for a family with teenage kids… the main house and the carriage house was Perfect!

Wonderful Family Retreat

We had two small families get together over the 4th and this place was perfect. Separate living spaces for some privacy when needed but both were big enough to accommodate both families. Beach was easy to access from 3 blocks away and the restaurants around us were great. Both spaces were well kept and stocked and checkout was very easy. Would definitely book again!

This house is a dream! We stayed the last four days of a 2 1/2 week east coast trip with our two teens. They got the main house, each with a bathroom and a queen bed and my husband and I stayed in the carriage house. The house itself is gorgeously decorated, the beds are comfortable, the HVAC system was great (which is important in the humid August weather). My wife spent hours on the covered porch reading during some summer storms. We did need to contact the rental company once for a very minor thing we couldn’t figure out and they responded immediately and were super helpful on a Saturday. Our literal only complaint and recommendation would be for them to provide some beach supplies. We had to buy our own beach towels and boogie boards (which we left so I’m hoping they’ll leave them for the next guest to use). We rented chairs at the north beach, which was great, but I think adding a fold up wagon and some chairs would be great too. We rent vacation homes 3-5 times a year and often these types of things are included in a beach rental. But A 5-stars for the house and rental company. We would 100% rent this same house again and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Southern Belle Rentals again.

good property

property was as described, but the carriage house had one and a half baths for one bedroom, which was inconvenient. The location is excellent; the screened-in porch was perfect. Negatives: some rugs, curtains, woodwork and pillows were dirty; the dryer in the main house didn't dry the clothes; some windows didn't open; kitchen supplies were scant.

Property managers were attentive

Due to the time of year that we rented, the rental had not been used in a while so the pipes had air in them..the property manager kept checking to make sure the problem cleared after a day or so. Later in the week we had no water and the manager found out for us that there was an issue with the city water. Other than the pipes we had a great stay. There was plenty of hot water and we found most of our cooking needs were met. I would stay again if we were to make a trip that way again.

Beautiful property i did not real that the property was 2 Bldgs attached with a small deck the rear unit has a master bed lvrm bathroom w shower small kitchen are with fridge small counter top oven no stove it's real like a apartment minus the stove but really your cooking in the main house plenty of tvs full kitchen all the items for cooking fully screened in porch with seating bring what you need or buy chairs for beach and a sun tent is suggested pool is,at a different location about 2 miles away park is on street or public paid beach lot parkin but it's like a half mile walk up the street to the pool take drinks plenty of Sinclair and umbrellas think parking was like 4 dollars for a couple hours there's no free street or lot parking in the city download the app and pay for how many hours you need even handicap is paid thers only a few signs about paid parking sign or nor it's oaid and it's a 64 dollar fine so pay there a local iga grocery qnd savanna is like 20 min and there a excellent barbaque restraunt on the way to savanna and a local Starbucks min on way towards savanna enjoy

Exactly as described

Really enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend! Great location on a quiet street, about 4 blocks from the beach and 1 block from shops. The guest house is perfect for families needing separate living quarters.
