This unit was lovely and very quiet. Short walk to biggest pool and tram stop for all three lines of the tram. The loft is private. There is a room with a single bed and another area with a tv and chairs and the three story bunk bed that the young children really enjoyed. For our stay the linens were provided and they were very nice.

Perfect Getaway Location

Stay here next time you want to experience Bethany. Great location, tons of amenities and a super comfy space for hanging out with friends and family. Walk to the beach, go to the pool, work out or just hang out. We had a great time. The condo is well lit, the kitchen is well equipped and the layout is great for either being with folks or getting some quiet time.

Family Trip at Sea Colony

This was our second year coming to Sea Colony/Bethany Beach for our summer family trip. We love how much there is to do in the area and Ocean City is just a short 20-minute drive away. This year it rained for most of our trip, but with the indoor pools and all the amenities at Sea Colony, we still had a great time.Our stay at the Sea Colony Condo was also really nice! It was a perfect condo for a large family with a lot of space, a great movie selection, and lots of games and activities. We had some bumps early on in our trip but Evolve and the condo owner were both incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating (Eric from Evolve was so helpful!). The home was well stocked and you can tell the owner really works to make things comfortable and homey for any family that stays in the space. Would definitely recommend this home to those looking for a relaxing family trip!

Awesome place to stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this property in Bethany! Property was very clean, updated, and beautifully decorated. Loved both the indoor and outdoor spacious areas and especially enjoyed eating on the screened in porch. There is so much to do in the community as well and we spent time in both indoor and outdoor pools, played tennis and the kids loved all the games available as well as the playground. Management was very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I was there with my family 6 adults and a 4yr old. The condo was plenty big enough for all of us. There is a tram that will take you to the beach and back that is very convenient. There are plenty of places walking or biking distance as it is close to town and the beach. There are a lot of pools to choose from also. The owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The condo is very clean and has a lot of supplies so cooking is easy.

Fantastic Get Away Stay

To celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary my husband and I met up with our son, daughter and their families in this beautiful town of Bethany Beach, DE. We stayed at this fantastic condo in Sea Colony and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The three oldest kids loved the triple bunk beds in the loft and enjoyed sharing the loft space with their 5 year old cousin for games together throughout our stay. Did I say games? A nice selection of board games and puzzles was available for our use. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Our son enjoyed doing some work remotely while relaxing on the screened in porch.We all loved the pool and several of us made use of the fitness center. The younger kids enjoyed the splash pad and playground. I enjoyed daily walks around the property. We met such lovely people there and enjoyed visiting with numerous neighbors and their dogs when out and about on the property. Amy and Chris were the perfect hosts responding quickly to any questions we had. We liked the location-close to the beach, and not far from places such as Assateague Island (I’ve been fascinated by the horses on Assateague since a child and finally got to see them), Rehobeth and many other wonderful towns up and down the coast. We would all highly recommend this place. Our five year old grandson who has travelled on family vacations to many locations throughout the U.S.A. and Europe, declared that this was “the best vacation ever.” What more can I say?

Great family time!

We had a great experience staying here! The apt. is spacious with plenty of seating room for everyone. We enjoyed the Tiki Toss game on the sun porch and had "tournaments" with each other all week. Sea Colony is great for children. Had our 2 year old and 2 month old grandchildren with us and we were either at the pools or beach each day. Would definitely come again!

Highly recommend

Had a fabulous time! This condo at the Sea Colony is clean, spacious (with a lot of beds and storage), and beautifully decorated. We used the screened-in porch almost every morning and evening. The condo was off of the parking lot and felt very private. The screened in porch had views of two ponds and surrounded by trees. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and the Bethany Beach town. There is so much to do at the Sea Colony! Several tram stops were within short walking distance and the tram came regularly, taking us right to the beach. We had access to two heated pools and restrooms at the beach. There is a large heated pool within short walking distance to the condo, as well as a fitness center. While our teenage kids loved it and felt very independent, there were multiple activities scheduled at the Sea Colony for younger kids. While we spent most of our time in Bethany Beach, Rehoboth is also a short ride away and shopping there was a fun way to spend a rainy day. The Ocean City boardwalk and Assateague Island, a national park with wild horses, are also great excursions for the day. Highly, highly recommend! We will definitely look to rent this condo again. Thank you!

Carpet was duty and not vacuumed. Master bath shower head not working properly. Never have rented any VRBO that did not come with linens and towels. Trash container to take trash too was impossible to find.

Great Stay

This is a lovely unit in a quiet and private location in Sea Colony. There was a small issue with the front door upon arrival, but the property manager was local and came over within an hour to fix it. Would definitely stay here again.
