The open-concept layout allows you to enjoy the views from nearly every room, and the living spaces are designed with both style and coziness in mind.

The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, complete with major appliances and everything you need to prepare anything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Enjoy your meal with a backdrop of sweeping ocean vistas, or step out onto the balcony with a glass of wine and soak in the salty air as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Sleeping arrangements are perfectly designed for both comfort and flexibility. One bedroom is located on the main floor, while three additional bedrooms — including a second living area — are upstairs. Built-in full-over-full bunk beds make the space especially ideal for kids or young adults.

Whether you're beachcombing, whale-watching, or simply savoring the peaceful rhythm of the waves, this Oceanside retreat is your perfect home base for coastal adventures.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Additional Property Information:
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Such a great view!

Large windows facing the ocean upstairs and down! Watch the tides come and go and the view the weather changes! Clean, bright and well appointed Such an easy reservation process too.. We will be back to enjoy the house as well as Oceanside Thanks!

Excellent location, wonderful views

Spotless, ocean view house perfect for our family. We always enjoy our stay at this house. Bedrooms and floor plan work great for our family and allow us to spread out. Children love the bunkbeds. Well stocked kitchen and excellent location.

Beautiful Views

Oceanside has the very best beaches in Oregon in my opinion and this home with the views was a great choice. We would love to return to this home next time we visit.

Excellent location with sweeping views

We had a great stay in Oceanside. The views from the main living space main bedroom, and kitchen or spectacular. The living room is a bit tight and the furniture is not great for someone older than 75 but overall it was a wonderful experience!

This property was fantastic. Please add a dust pan for the broom and a spray cleaner for the counter tops.

Beautiful ocean view home

This is a perfect place for your next family beach vacation. It has all the amenities you need. The host was very responsive to the challenges of the broken hot tub and washer. It was overall an amazing place and we can't wait to return. It is a short walk to the beach and the views are unforgettable. Thanks for a great beach vacation.

Wonderful Getaway

My family wanted to spend a few days away from all distractions and Vista House Unit A was the answer. Immediately upon entering the views of were breathtaking. The layout was perfect it is so relaxing and taking in the shear beauty of the ocean was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the kitchen and adjacent dining table which overlooked the ocean, it was mesmerizing having coffee in the morning. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Great location close to the beach. I am planning on coming back again!!!!

Clean, modern beach home

This is our second time staying in this home and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is very clean and the layout works well for our family of five. The views are amazing. We enjoy cooking in the kitchen and eating at the large table watching the ocean waves. Our kids enjoy the bunk room. Beds are comfy and the over decor is perfect modern, beach house.

Amazing view no matter the weather!

We loved our stay at this home. Amazing view, especially from the living room, deck, and master bedroom. You can watch a storm roll in from the comfort of the home or gaze at beautiful blue skies and beach. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The basketball didn’t quite operate fully but other than that, darn near perfect. We’ll be back!

Great House!

Loved the location! Loved the house! So many windows and so many good views! This is our second time staying here and would come back again! We ran out of laundry soap and they dropped it off at our front door. The only thing is we did get texted about a noise complaint that wasn’t coming from us but the neighbors next door so wish they would have checked into this further before contacting us about something that wasn’t happening on our part!

You're paying for the beautiful view on clear days. There's more room than advertised/allowed, but the parking will get you. Plenty of dishes, silver, and towels.

Oceanside Rental - Beautiful view, needs work

Highlights - The view of this house is 5 star. It’s absolutely beautiful. - Beds were very comfortable - Great housekeeper - 5 min walk to the beach - Quiet town Lowlights - The BBQ was covered in grease and on night one caught on fire while grilling steak. - Shared hot tub was not communicated. We paid a hot tub fee and did not feel comfortable using the hot tub in front of someone else’s unit. - The listing is for an apartment not a house. There are three units. - 10:00am checkout is really tough.

Great Place!

Overall we had a great stay, view is to die for. House is spotless. Very good communication with property manager. Hot tub was a little strange as A. It was Infront of another tenants window, and that it was quite cold. Also the home ran out of hot water after just one shower. Wi-Fi worked very well!!

Great views!

Spacious place with great views! Clean. Comfortable beds. Quick drive to Short Beach for rockhounding or to Netarts for snacks. Only complaints are 1. that we couldn’t get the hot tub over 99 degrees and it was too cold outside to enjoy it at that lower temperature and 2. it was windy and the valve to the kitchen hood vent flapped very loudly all night long making it hard to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. It was so quiet and peaceful otherwise, but we recommend taking earplugs!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

The title says it all!!! Everything from the view to the decor was amazing. Even the mattresses were comfortable beyond words. The location was perfect; close enough to the beach yet far enough away that you didn’t need to worry about strangers walking past your window. My kids loved their bedding arrangements as well as my wife and I. The hardest part? Deciding what bedroom to sleep in and which comfortable sofa to watch tv on… not that you’ll watch much with the incredible view outside. 5⭐️communication and A+ stay!!!

Beautiful Views

While the views were breathtaking and the house was comfortable there were a few details that frustrated us: Only 5 bath towels? There should have been at least 10. Barely enough toilet paper - not the 3 rolls per bathroom that were referenced. Laundry machine was leaking when we arrived so we couldn’t use it. No keurig coffee machine. Time to replace the super noisy front storm door.

Amazing views!

The photos of the view sold us on this property and they even exceeded our expectations. The location was close to the beach and very convenient! We enjoyed a late morning visit to Cape Meares and an afternoon at Tillamook. We love Oceanside and it’s quaint/quiet location. Disappointingly the basketball hoop wasn’t working while we were there. With 4 kids in our family we were looking forward to playing, but the property management company said they’d look into right away. Definitely bring your own sand toys! The hot tub was a nice touch and a privacy screen had been added so it was better than previous reviews stated. A clean, quiet, and comfortable spot, just what we were looking for. I did deduct a star on location as another tenant or property owner was smoking weed. I get it, it’s Oregon and legal, but please don’t allow smoking in the community parking area. It goes right into the other units.

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

This was my second stay at Vista house A; the first trip was for a family vacation and this time was for a bachelorette getaway involving 6 40-something friends and the mother of the bride. From my previous visit, I knew it was the perfect spot to accommodate all seven of us comfortably. Four of us stayed in the bunkbed room. The beds were extremely comfortable and the top bunks were easily accessible for adults, even for my 6’3” friend. The mother of the bride stay downstairs and reported a very peaceful night sleep. She appreciated access to the kitchen so she could prepare brunch for all of us in the morning without waking anybody up. The bride to be could not get over the beautiful views from the primary bedroom. She said she slept better than she has in months and was able to really relax. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning, and playing games in the living room at night. We also took a daily walk down to the beach and burned off the delicious dinners we all prepared in the functional and well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived and I personally enjoyed the big bathtub upstairs. The best parts about this house are the views, the layout that makes it so we could both gather together and spread out to have some quiet time without being on top of each other, and the comfortable vibe. I hope we find another occasion soon to return to this wonderful house.

Best place on the Oregon Coast

I have stayed in many beach rentals in my 48 years of living in Oregon and this rental is hands-down the cleanest and most comfortable place I’ve stayed, with the best view and dog-friendly to boot. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning overlooking the beach and sitting in the spacious living room watching favorite shows on the smart TV while taking in the view. We easily made a spaghetti dinner with all the utensils and dinnerware we needed the first night and drove to Tillamook to pick up a pizza at Main Street Pizza the second night. In the evenings, my son and husband played computer games at the dining room table while my eldest child and I watched the Mandalorian in the upstairs sitting area. The place was immaculate, the beds comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and nothing beats going to sleep looking out on the coast and waking up to it in the morning. We did not use the hot tub because the place is so peaceful, we took a unexpected three hour nap instead, and the big bathtub was a fine alternative. We did walk down the hill one morning and enjoyed a fish sandwich and clam chowder at the Blue Agate Café after walking on the beach. The climb back up to the house was not as daunting as I expected it to be and had a Little Free Little on the way. A few small things: I wish this fabulous house had a notepad and pens, the hot tub lock code written in the book, food storage containers, and a better coffee maker. Do not try to take a cup in the middle of brewing! I learned that lesson (twice). These are small requests though, who cares when you’re staying in a place as wonderful as this one with a very attentive management company. I cannot recommend it enough and will definitely stay here again for a longer amount of time.

What a view!

Nice place to stay with a nice view of the ocean. Only a few things that needed attention. The washing machine leaked a bit during and after it was used. The management person asked if they should send someone to repair it while we were there or after we left. I hope it was fixed after we left. The cleaning crew had not cleaned under the entry rug. When lifted up on a corner, the floor was loaded with sand. It was interesting that the note on the entry bench said to clean yourself off after going to the beach. We wondered how long that sand was hiding there. Some stored towels Were dirty which makes us think they were not inspected before storing. Same with stained coffee cups in the cupboard. Those were fairly minor observations, but all in all we had a nice comfortable stay.
