The space

Located on the second floor, the residence opens into a spacious great room where indoor and outdoor living blend naturally. Large sliding doors lead to an oversized oceanfront terrace, creating a seamless connection between the living area and the sweeping Atlantic views.

The condo features one bedroom and one full bathroom, thoughtfully laid out for comfort and ease. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, while the living area includes a pull-out sofa to accommodate up to four guests. Throughout the home, refined finishes and smart TVs add to a relaxed, polished atmosphere suited for both short stays and longer visits.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom offers a king bed positioned for rest and privacy after a day at the beach. The pull-out sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space without compromising the openness of the great room. Fresh bed linens and essential comforts are provided for your stay.

Kitchen and dining
The open kitchen connects directly to the living space, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together. It includes full-sized appliances and a dining table for casual meals or takeout enjoyed with an ocean backdrop. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or settling in for dinner, the kitchen is designed to support everyday use.

Comfort and amenities
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are available in the condo, along with WiFi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or planning the day ahead.
