Seapoint 1 offers the perfect accommodation and location combined to ensure your holiday stay is convenient and memorable.Beautifully presented, upper level of a 4 bedroom spacious home right in the heart of Crescent Head. Just a 100m walk to Main Beach, shops and cafes with everything on your door step.

Luxurious fittings with timber polished boards throughout this fully self contained holiday home lacks nothing! Open plan kitchen with island bench, dishwasher and reverse cycle air conditioning to make holiday entertaining a breeze. Spacious separate living areas include 2 x flat screen TV's. Fabulous north facing deck to soak up the view and holiday sun and sea breezes.

Travel lightly and utilise the full size laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Please note:Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

Seascapes

Fabulous house, open light and airy with plenty of bed spaces. Air conditioner and fans were greatly appreciated although needed to clean the fans prior using as covered in thick dust. Apart from that the house was clean and had everything we needed. Drier, washing machine and clothes line were all put to good use after days spent at the beach.

The property has a great location and everything you need. Just such a shame it needed a good clean.

Great location and has everything u need. Just needs a good clean. The fans and walls were covered in thick dust. The house overall needs a good clean. We were all sneezing all weekend. I have photos of the mess. Such a shame.

Great spot

The accommodation is very clean, warm, great layout and the perfect size and location. Loved the deck facing north and the kids room out the back. Crescent head is a great spot . The downside is - the accommodation is rented out for 12 people and there is another rented floor below. The noise travels below very easily as its only floating floor. If we were to book again I would make sure no one is below - as it makes it uncomfortable with the people below getting annoyed even though it is just general noise of walking and chatting. Other than that the place is great.
