Hidden Gem

We always have the best time here. We plan on making a yearly trip. This was the second time we have stayed here. We love that it has speedy wifi. We love the private beach. We just love the overall family feel at this townhouse. And the sunsets are absolutely epic!!

This unit is on the end so the views are fantastic. You can hear and see the surf from the first floor and the loft. As long as stairs are not an obstacle beach access is very close. Gorgeous sandy beach, a few friendly folks playing with their dogs, just like we were.

Beautiful spot at the beach

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The views of the sea were breathtaking, the location was within a short drive to shopping and attractions, property manager was friendly and responsive, and we had everything we needed. Hope to return!

The cabin accurately reflects the listing. The beach access was unavailable during our stay which was interesting considering the rest of the coast line was open for use. The cabin was clean, enough room for two couples, and had everything we needed. Checking in was later than normal and checking out was earlier than normal, which made our stay cut even shorter by a couple of hours. Overall, we loved the cabin and would recommend it to others. I think the price was a little high for the time of year and restricted access to the beach, but we would stay again in the future.

This is a very cute and nice property with great ocean views. The bed was really comfortable and the place was suoer clean. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. We were able to take our 3 small dogs and they loved the dog bed. The area is beautiful with plenty to do. We especially enjoyed seeing Heceta Head Lighthouse, and exploring the shops in Florence and Yachats. A great place to relax and refresh.

Wonderful Ocean Getaway

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was wonderful. The view is great - the kitchen is well stocked. The beds aren't the most comfortable but they're not terrible either. The beach is wonderful and fun to walk and play on. We'll definitely be back.

Nice place with tall ceilings and ocean views.

The building itself is much newer than most coast rentals which is really nice. Also- amazing views. Would definitely come back!

Amazing!

This place is clean, comfortable, well stocked, great beach access, everything you could ask for, with extra details for the dog. Perfect place for a couple and their pup! Would highly recommend!

Great location to get away from it all. Felt like it was your own private beach basically. If you’re into agate hunting… you’ll most likely find some. Quiet with a sea view from expansive windows.

Beautiful views especially on the southern side. Nice layout for a small cottage. Quiet, private, appreciate the pet friendly accommodation. Small issue with getting the door locked. Would be nice to have a tv channel listing. We had a relaxing visit. We would recommend

Nice accommodations

I had a delightful four night stay. The cabin is well appointed and I didn’t really want for anything. Since the weather mostly cooperated, it was sweet to have the windows open to feel the breeze and fresh ocean air along with the sounds of the surf. Dave is an excellent host. He communicates in a timely and friendly manner and I would recommend this sweet beach escape for anyone who’s looking for a cabin in the Yachats area.

Great getaway!

We had a lovely time staying in Yachats. Our dog absolutely loved the private beach access and running around. The dog bed and bowls were just a sweet touch as others have mentioned. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to have a few meals at home. There was no baking sheet FYI and the fire alarm was very sensitive when cooking so just be careful and open windows and turn fan on! Centrally located and clean. We will be back!

Lovely townhome

The townhome was very clean and access was simple. It was fully equipped with everything needed to provide a relaxing stay. The check-in and check-out process was also simple and parking was very convenient for loading and unloading. There are stairs required to access the unit but the owners are very transparent about accessibility. The location is nicely central between Florence and Yachats with many scenic beaches and trails to keep us busy during our stay. It was an added bonus that we could keep the balcony door open to hear the ocean waves and feel the breeze off the beach without worrying about our dogs!
