Great place to stay. The views were amazing especially with the morning sunrise. I would have to say the overall stay was good, but the downside was it wasn't as clean as I would have liked based off the price we paid for the week and the offloading of luggage waiting for elevators were a pain even with daily use. Other than that, we would recommend this place.

We also understand how frustrating it can be to deal with crowded elevators when unloading luggage. Unfortunately, elevator operations and building traffic are managed by the property's building management/HOA, but we certainly understand the inconvenience. Wonderful

Im always worried i will rent a place and it not be a nice as it is in pictures. This condo was perfect just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was amazing. Im planning on renting this unit again next year. And the most important thing to me it was very clean.

We stayed in Sunrise Point 8A for our annual after Christmas vacation with family. This was by far the best rental we have stayed in for over 15 years. It was perfect and the best supplied kitchen ever. I love to cook at the beach and it had everything I needed as well as great cookware. It was not overly decorated so that we had plenty of room for our books, games, puzzles and painting of shells to leave on the beach. Hopefully we can stay again next year pending on my husband's kidney transplant. We had 7 adults and 2 great grandchildren and there was plenty of room!! Best vacation ever!

Amazing time

We were very suprised when entering the property and how beautiful everything was. The condo itself was more than we expected, the rooms were huge. The bed sheets were there and very easy to figure out and put on all of the beds. Our littlest has special needs and he even had a great time with the open area in the condo. Overall we were very happy to have found this place and would recommend to anyone, and are hoping we can rent it again next year.

Overall beautiful unit and wonderfully decorated. Parking is a nightmare for 2 vehicles unless you have compact and smaller cars. Elevators on side of our parking went out of order which was difficult given my father in law is handicap and we had to walk further. . We have been using Elliott rentals for years and I will say this has been one of the cleanest units . The jets in the jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom do not work. The blinds in the bedroom with 2 twins will not close as well. We also arrived and the dishwasher was running and full and we had to empty it.

Good time

Great views from the balcony of the ocean. Fireworks were spectacular and we didn't have to leave the condo. Property well maintained.
