add shows a boat slip with a boat lift. The boat lifts do not work and have not worked in a long time. The trash from previous visitors was left in cans and stunk very very badly! reported this to the guest contact nothing was done about it. one of the bedrooms didnt even have a door. the shower head in main bathroom was broken. The steps to both front and rear door are a bit spooky feeling like they gonna break and cause you to fall. other then these things we enjoyed our stay.

Sweet spot on the bayou. We were in town for work and this place provided a nice retreat after a long day. Beds are good along with the water pressure in the shower. Only bad thing I noticed was that the room with the bunk beds did not have a door. Other than that great place to stay.

The interior of the house was very clean and comfy. Some parts of the house are showing their age, but they are not deal breakers. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless, and they had good internet connectivity.

Stay at Sue’s Camp.

My brother and I came to fish and spread my late father’s ashes in Caddo lake per his wishes.The good: Property was very clean and tidy. Plenty of dishes and items for our family of 7. You’re on waterfront with a small floating dock for fishing. We caught Sand bass, large mouth, and catfish from the dock, even saw an alligator across the river. Bait shop about 5 min away. Walking distance to a restaurant that’s open Fri-Sun. Property manager responds immediately to texts if you have any questions or concerns. WiFi was decent and every room has a Roku tv.The bad: 3 kids (3,6,8) slept in the room with 2 bunk beds and a single bed that’s missing the slats underneath (8 yo kept sinking). The door is missing to the bunk room allowing our toddler to free roam through the house while everyone is sleeping without hearing her. Back door keypad wasn’t working and kept locking us out. Screen porch needs some work, had to kill about 10 wasps, and the exterior of the property just needs a good power washing. Dock electricity was not working while we were there for night fishing, but prop manager let me know recent storm knocked out the power and hasn’t gotten someone out yet. Neighbor was repairing their river bank barrier during our stay at 9am both days with heavy machinery running the whole time. Would definitely stay again if they fixed some things.

Nice Stay

This was an older house that has had some updates. It has two boat lifts, we only used one of them. We didn’t really stay at the house that much, we were on the water most of our stay. The air conditioning worked very well!

It was a fantastic location right on the Bayou

The property is in a great location and nicely decorated. Living room and kitchen are really nice. The 3 bedrooms are of various sizes. One bedroom is really only suited for children and the door is missing. The larger bedroom had a "leaking" faucett in the tub. The other bedroom had sketchy mattress. The 2nd bathroom is nice. The back porch area is in need of repairs. Screen torn, Storm door missing and dock area was great but needs deep cleaning around that area.

Filthy mattress..

When we removed the sheets the mattress was horrible and very dirty. We were asked to remove all sheets and leave them in a pile together. I would suggest that at least purchase a mattress pad but I seriously was almost sick. My niece stayed in a house down the street and it was very clean..

Awesome place very close to Caddo Lake State Park

We truly enjoyed this great place right on Big Cypress Bayou and very close to Caddo Lake State Park. Eric, the property manager made us feel at home and treated us with great care and attention! We will be back. Thank you so much!
