5 Stars - Spectacular location for a couple or a small family vacation. Little Harbor resort community has wonderful amenities such as, a clean pool and hot tub, 2 restaurants and a lovely white sand beach. We greatly enjoyed our January getaway at Little Harbor. The shrimp and grouper meals were so delicious! This location is a perfect spot to access Day trips to St. Pete’s beach and Siesta Key beach.



This townhome had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. We greatly enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck while watching the manatees in the canal. I highly recommend staying in this townhome. Remember to check out the Apollo Beach Manatee Viewing center and Circles restaurant in Apollo Beach for the best shrimp and Key Lime Pie, Have fun! 5 Stars - It's always a good sign when you arrive at a place, and within 5 minutes you're saying "We'll definitely come back here again". Everything was exactly as advertised. Loved the back balcony with the palm tree view, we would sit out there watching the manatees swimming about in the water, and the pelicans dive-bombing for fish. It was a perfect getaway in a wonderful location, and we'll definitely be back! Clark M.

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals. The beds were comfortable but we wish they had a small couch in the living room instead of the 2 recliners. The view from the balcony was terrific and we enjoyed watching the manatees in the canal anll week. Also the parking area underneath the unit was very tight for our full size pickup truck but we were able to manage.

This was one of the best short vacations I've ever had. Such a beautiful little townhome! Equiped with everything one needs! Very clean and cute! It was a joy to stay there. And the huge plus was waking up every morning to manatees in the backyard!!! Definitely recommend!

The property was as expected, comfortable and clean. Location on Little Harbor was very nice with sunsets over St. Pete. Really nice place.

Great Location and Amenities!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Little Harbor and our first time in a townhouse. We really like the location and the amenities. Our home was as expected and we especially loved watching the manatees out back! The balconies were some of our favorite spots to see the sunsets.The dryer is very loud, the sliding doors were dirty with fingerprints and the internet was spotty, but other than that the home was great!

Manatee show

There we at least 8 Manatees in the canal,the whole time we were there! It was amazing. The condo was beautiful and fully furnished! We didn't know what pool we could use, finally ran into someone that lived there and she told us. The beds were all creeky and loud. But overall, it was great!

Nice place

The townhouse was very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, but would have preferred a king size bed in the master bedroom. We are in our mid seventies, so the many steps were sometimes more tiring especially unpacking and packing. The steps would be the only reason we would not stay again. Very clean n any minor problems were tended to, immediately. The owner was very nice also.

Here are a few things that need to be addressed. Kitchen lights under counter don't work,manual can opener is worn out and doesn't work, stairway light bulb is out, second floor sink drains slow, bedrm TV Roku 2 model is no longer supported by the company and does not play any apps.

Lovely

The apt is in a lovely community. Very safe and quiet. Theres a balcony on the 2nd floor facing the water where you can see the bay and a gorgeous sunset. My husband left his wallet in a drawer and as soon as the cleaning lady reported it, we were contacted and able to go back and retrieve it. Happy there are still honest people.

Wonderful Place to Stay!!!

This property was way better than I imagined it to be! It was super clean! We absolutely loved it! However, we realized that all the steps were not for us. The driveway was not wide enough to open the pick up truck doors. If you have a small car, that would not be an issue. You can see manatees from the balcony. Beautiful sunsets! I would highly recommend this rental!!!!

On arrival the place looked good. But quickly found out that there was a lot of stuff that should be done or cleaned. The faucet in the main floor bathroom was loose and the toilet took 3 flushes to clean the water. Also it is loose from the floor and almost fell over. The floors were tile and disgustingly dirty, found a swifter wet jet and took 6 wipes to get it manageable. Feet were black before I cleaned it. Only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no cleaning supplies I.e. kitchen cleaner, wonder something. Only 1 pod for the dishwasher, no dryer sheets ,1 roll of paper towels. Description said fully furnished. Not true, we spent 45 on cleaning supplies. Bed sheets were old and worn, you can see through them. Didn’t complain to anyone because this is how it is we will not recommend this place to anyone. I have pictures if you wish to see them.

Had we been notified while you were in the home, we would have gladly sent our local team to inspect and address any issues reported. Our homes provide an initial starter supply of household items, and the complete list of those starter supplies is outlined both in the rental agreement and within our pre-arrival communication, so guests know exactly what will be provided prior to arrival. Additional supplies for longer stays are the guest’s responsibility. For the safety of all travelers, especially young children, we also do not store household cleaning chemicals inside the home. For everyone's context, it is worth noting that after checkout, you requested compensation along with statements indicating that a negative review would be left if a refund was not provided. While we respect every guest’s right to share their opinion, we believe reviews should reflect the full circumstances of the stay and communication history involved. That said, we have still forwarded your comments regarding the flooring and bathroom fixtures to our operations team for review. We do appreciate the positive comments about the location and wildlife surrounding the property.

Lovely townhouse rental

We had a wonderful experience at this property. Easy check in process, very clean. Pictures were exactly as property presents. Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfortable beds. Washer and dryer were very noisy in use, but we were just happy to have them, so we didn’t mind. Quick response from management when we had issues with the door. Which ended up being our error. Stayed here while visiting family that live in building next door. Having access to all the resort amenities was great given that we have a teenager. Pool was lovely, though not very refreshing being that we were there in July. That is no one’s fault. Pickle ball was super fun for my boys! We brought our own racquets, but found two were supplied at the condo. The beach is definitely not a typical Florida beach. It is Tampa bay, so the water was brackish. We did not swim in it. The sunset grille restaurant was just ok, but we would try it again in cooler weather and sit outside. Dated inside seating. We would definitely stay here again!

Great views with restaurants and pool within walking distance!

The property was very nice. The views were beautiful. We got to watch manatees in the mornings and saw a dolphin too behind the home. The pool and beach access were awesome! The 2 restaurants that were within walking distance were excellent. We had a few issues, but nothing significant. We couldn’t get the tvs to work at first, but maintenance came out and assisted. My daughter freaked out about stained sheets, but I found extra pillow cases and she used a blanket. We did some cooking, but could have used a peeler and larger frying pan. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!
