Unfortunately, on the morning of your check-in, the keyless pad had to be replaced and they had to create the new codes just before your arrival. This was the reason the local contact provided the code to you less than a minute of your arrival. We hope to host you again"

In the pre-stay instructions, we provide the phone number and the email address of the contact person. We always advise our guests to contact the local contact for any questions or problems that may arise at the check in and during the guest stay. The homeowner would like to share the following: Our listing makes it clear that we provide beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, etc. so that guests do not have to rent these from the beach. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We use professional photographers to ensure our images accurately reflect our property and guests can decide before booking if the decor meets their expectations. We’ve confirmed that we do advertise all beds provided in the listing description, there is one king-size bed, and four twin beds available. As for the mattresses, they are new and of high quality and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
