* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo C103 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the ground floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered walk out patio, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the walk out patio!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great Family Accommodation and Location

Beautiful area, less crowded, perfect location for beach and pool. Loved having a pool view plus an ocean view. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Very safe, family oriented, location. Would have been nice if people would have not played their music loudly at the pool and on the beach, that’s what earbuds are for. Our condo was very accommodating. Would definitely return.

Great Beach Trip

This condo was perfect for our fourth of July stay. The location is right by the pool which worked well for us with an eight year old. The walk down to the beach was also very convenient from this condo. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen tools we needed while cooking. The beach set up was nice and we were able to get chairs easy every day. The water was clear for our entire stay - we had great weather! Couldn't have asked for a better location or time at the beach.

Great location kind of outdated

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was pretty outdated. All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of them was So bad that we had to go and get an air mattress to sleep on. Other than the mattresses everything else was good. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Family Vacation

The location and beach were the best parts. The condo floor was not clean when we arrived. The toilet in the guest bathroom leaked basically our entire vacation before the plumber arrived to fix it. We soaked up toilet water everyday and water was even under the flooring. The host was friendly but it didn’t make up for the trouble of a wet floor for the week. We should have received a discount for dealing with toilet water.

Great beach vacation

It was our first stay in the Beach House complex and we absolutely loved it. First floor condo with a walk out balcony. Easy access to the beach and a nice pool area. Great communication with owner.

Living just minutes away from the properties, we pride ourselves on being easily reachable and responsive to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable vacation. We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
