* Each condo is allotted 1 parking space on a first come, first serve basis.
(There is additional paid parking available nearby at Geronimo RV or through the Way Parking App)
* The following vehicles are prohibited: specialty motorized vehicles, including trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, scooters, and other small specialty rental vehicles.

Enter condo C303 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sits on the 3rd floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 8. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo are 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great property and location

Condo just right size for 2 adults and even couple of children. Great view of pool and the ocean. Can’t get any closer to the water. Condo is close to several restaurants and other activities. Property mgrs were very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely be back.

Great beachfront condo in Miramar

Well maintained and clean property on beach. Great communication with owner and manager. Nice checkin gift. Would give it a 10 except for the requirement that all towels be washed and dried before leaving or $50 fine. When you pay this much for a property, you don't expect to have to do their laundry when you leave.

Great condo with beautiful view!!

This condo is welcoming the first time you step in the door. Bright paint, updated flooring, and tasteful decorations. I VERY MUCH appreciate the 2 recliners that are next to the big couch. Comfortable king bed and everything is clean, clean, clean. BUT! What I REALLY appreciate is the walk in shower and taller toilet. At my age, these features are a must. Modern appliances, brand new looking washer/dryer, and that VIEW! The owners of this condo have done everything to make this condo top notch!

Summer Fun

We loved the location of the condo. Getting up every morning and having breakfast on the balcony was great. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. The only thing I didn't like was other balconies were smoking in the evenings, and it was difficult to enjoy the views at night. Even with a subtropical storm our family had a wonderful stay together at the condo.

Location, location, location

This condo overlooks the pool and the beautiful gulf. Very convenient to get to elevators, stairs, pool, fitness and game room, parking and the beach. Loved the shower in the Master. Kitchen was stocked well and there are plenty of towels for everyone. The condo is close to shopping and many restaurants. We never had to go far for anything we needed or wanted. Really appreciated the start up supplies and the welcome bucket. Nice touch! We had a great stay!

Great time had by all

We had a great week at the beach and loved the ease and convenience of this condo. We walked right down to the beach each day and when it was time to head back up we had a quick return; didn't have to haul stuff too far away - our set-up was right there. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well each night. Cooked some great dinners at night in the nice kitchen, and chilled on the patio in the evenings when we weren't on the gazebo downstairs. The laundry machines are new and worked great, too. We did have an issue with the A/C one day, but that was quickly addressed and fixed. Also, the hurricane-rated door to the patio is very heavy - you have to put your weight into it to open it. Funny story, my wife got stuck out on the patio because she couldn't open the door. Sent my son up to rescue her and we all had a good laugh about it. It's a serious door and felt very safe behind it! Overall, we had a great time and recommend The Beach House Condominiums for future stays.

Great location… Family friendly

Great location and easy beach access… only issue was when we booked the listing the sleeping arrangements showed 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and when we got there one of the beds had been replaced with a bunk bed. This did create an issue with our sleeping arrangement but overall everything was nice.

Great location

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the property and location. We have been to Destin 6 times in the last few years and we enjoyed this low key property versus the giant high rise condos. The two chairs and umbrella included where the icing on the cake!

The condo had a great view of the ocean. It was also a short walk to Surf Hut and a short ride to other seafood restaurants as well as to Winn Dixie. We enjoyed our week.

if you want a bargain on a property right in the beach, this one’s for you. This property was a little more dated than some where I have stayed, but the couch and recliners looked new, and the unit was clean and comfortable. This was the closest that I have ever gotten to the beach in a unit. There was a great vibe, too, as it was uncrowded and people were staying out until dark. Just really nice. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing location and view!!

My family really enjoyed the location and amenities of this condo. You could actually see the ocean from the kitchen! The beds were soooo comfortable. The main living furniture could stand to be updated but it still suited our needs. My favorite thing was walking down to the beach every morning and having 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for us! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome Relaxing Vacation!

We're passionate about travel and love helping our guests discover the best of what our beautiful city has to offer, especially when it comes to dining out—I'm always excited to share my favorite restaurant recommendations!

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. However, we're always here for you, ready to assist with any questions, concerns, or even those unexpected maintenance issues that might pop up.

Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
