Beach House A502



The Space:

This updated beach condo has a fun and eclectic beach feel with a large private fifth-floor balcony that has a fabulous Gulf-front view and an outdoor dining area. This warm and family-friendly condo has a fully renovated kitchen with light honey cabinets, upgraded countertops, and everything needed to make meal preparation easy. The living room has casual comfortable furnishings, including a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has cool tones and coastal decor with nice wicker furniture and a comfortable king bed, with a walk-in shower in the main bathroom. The guest bedroom has two double beds with a nice beach cottage feel, including a deep sunken tub in the guest bathroom. This unique beachfront retreat also has a TV in the living room, TVs and DVDs in each bedroom, and tiled floors throughout. Come and enjoy this fun beach getaway at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Additionally, guests will be granted access to a tennis court, fitness center, game room, and outdoor pool.



This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Great place, location, view, quality

View of beach was perfect, and the location was not crowded, so able to avoid the crowd. Great pool area, with view of beach. The unit was very modern and updated, clean comfortable. One of the best beach condos I have ever been to.

Great condo!

We had a great stay! Everything was just as described and location was perfect! Beach service made life so much easier with kids in tow! The only con for us was the late check in time (4pm) and early check out time (10am) otherwise everything was great and we will definitely be back!

On the beach!

Great place to stay if you want to be on the beach. Parking restrictions set by the HOA are pretty strict so remember 1 car per unit.

Lovely space right on the beach.

Nice place right on the beach. Wiah there was a way to communicate better, would have liked to be able to do an earlier check in. Washing machine and dryer have some issues. Overall a great place to stay.

Nice location on Mirmar Beach

Great location with great ocean view and nice beach. Floor could probably use a better cleaning but was good otherwise. Was sunny only one day but i know you can't control the weather. Good restaurant next door called the surf hut. I would stay at the unit again.

Lovely

We had a lovely time-this property has amazing views and we enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Everything was clean and in order-we did notice that there was a pile of used towels in the corner of the second bathroom. Otherwise no complaints. We will definitely be back!

Great condo

Clean place. Great spot on the beach as well as location in town. We did have one issue the first night of the A/C unit not blowing cool air. It was late in the evening but thankfully there were 3 fans in the entire condo so it was bearable. They got to it first thing the next morning. Quick response thank goodness. Will stay here again for sure!

Extra night stay

Beautiful condo with excellent views. Husband and I missed one night of our previous vacation due to the tropical storm. Rented this unit for an extra nights stay. Check in did say 4pm and we could not check in until a few minutes after 4pm. The previous unit was a 4pm check in as well but I received a text that it was ready hours earlier than 4. So the check in process wasn’t as easy as prior ones have been.

Great stay with minor problems

I have a great stay at the Beach house however there were some minor complaints that may need to be addressed. The tv in the from room did not work properly, their were no batteries in the remote control so therefore it was inoperable. It was food dropping left in the oven from previous guest and also the elevator was stuck and I had to call maintenance for repair. Maintenance did come out early the next morning and made proper repairs.
