This spacious four-bedroom raised bungalow is equipped with:
● kitchen with great appliances which include: fridge, stove and dishwasher. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils etc are available for your use.
● beautiful, relaxing living room with lots of books to choose from
● lower level entertainment area with netflix, disney plus, amazon prime installed on our TV
● entertainment area also includes various board games, foosball table, and air hockey table
● outdoor bbq and seating area perfect for a family cookout, including a unique four seater patio gliding swing
● outdoor badminton net and equipment provided for set up and use on the yard
● fresh towels for all guests
● clean washroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your use
● spa tub bathroom for anyone looking to unwind. We are providing complimentary bath bombs

Other Details to note:
Well behaved dogs or cats allowed if shown there is flea and tick prevention used ( natural or chemical). Must consult with us first. We will charge an extra fee of $90 for cleaning pet fur and dander. Pets are strictly not allowed on sofas or beds. You will be fined if pets are on furniture.

Private Beach Access

This is not a Lake front House.

We have deeded access to the private beach in our little neighbourhood. This is a space we share with our neighbours and we wish to remain respectful of this property. The following rules have to be followed. We will ask you to sign an agreement for the use of the beach and if any incident happens that disrupts the community, you will be fined a penalty fee. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that happen to you at the beach. Use at your own discretion.

PRIVATE BEACH RULES
● RESPECT the neighbours -they are entitled to ask who you are because it is private property and all you need to say is that you're a guest at our house. (More info will be given to upon booking)
●No foul language or loud music
●No glass containers allowed on the beach property
● Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
●Fireworks and bonfires are NOT permitted
● NO LITTERING at the beach. Please take the garbage you make back to the house with you.
● our guests are NOT allowed to drink and smoke at this beach
●Fishing is permitted from the boat dock only (west/ left dock)
