Comfortable beach house 200 meters from Paraparaumu beach

Comfortable 'smoke-free' house a couple of hundred metres from the beach. Large sunny open plan living area - lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and modern.

The main bedroom is quiet and sunny. It links into the renovated bathroom, which has a great shower plus a bath. There is a TV available in the main bedroom.

Second bedroom has a double and single bed. It is very suitable for a couple or kids.

The house has a separate laundry with a new washing machine.

My family and I have enjoyed lots of weekends and holidays in the house and find it very comfy and relaxing. The house has good flat access and is fully fenced.

Best accomodation out of 9 places so far on our trip

The beach house was like home from home with everything we needed and more. Very cosy. Also great location for beach and spending time with family just down the road. Would love to come back and stay longer. Thankyou.

Our Lady of Lourdes

Very homely and comfortable. Very well stocked. Great local bus to township. Easy walk to the beach. A four square around the corner for snacks for hungry teenagers. A quiet neighborhood close enough to hear the sea.

Attend a wedding got to stay at Sues,

Sue was super easy to communicate with, amd helpful when i asked her a question. The house is big enough for 5 people with a great lounge entertaining area. Its a basic home but one you feel comfortable to come home too ! Honestly wouldnt falut the place and would stay there again !

Staycation in the Wellington region

Sometimes Wellingtonians need to head up the line for a long weekend. This house was perfectly situated for walk along the beach, a hit up at the public tennis courts and a short drive / medium walk to fabulous eateries for all budget ranges. There were three of us, a couple and a single person therefore the 2 bedrooms is perfect. A small sunny and fenced back yard provided an opportunity to have a libation and a chit chat with family. Will definitely stay here again.

Great accomodation

Excellent place for a break

The house was immaculate with everything you could ask for by way of facilities . Very quiet and great location with short walk to the beach and to local shops. Great communication from the property manager. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Little Place

Such a nice n tidy little home. Very handy location, short walk to the beach and shops and Cafe just around the corner. Would definitely book again when I'm in Paraparaumu.

Good old bach weekend away

It's easy to get to the beach. Otherwise nice and quiet. Well appointed house with everything you need and garage for keeping the bikes in if you take your bikes up to cycle around. Great few days away. Thank you
