Cozy apartment, new and furnished with modern furniture, in a quiet street, behind the Plaza Mayor and just around the corner from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Santa Ana. Living room with 2 balconies, air conditioning and 42 "HD TV, 2 bedrooms, one with balcony and the other to the courtyard, new fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. This apartment is non-smoking and includes cable and WiFi to keep you connected during your stay.

very nice

location and our contact person were terrific, she was Very responsive- I know she couldn’t control the outside noise however it was loud through the night impacting the person in the closest bedroom. Please add a paring knife and paper towels to the kitchen and hand towel for the vathroon.

Great location, but that’s where it ends

This apartment is in a great location within walking distance of multiple attractions. Close to restaurants, museums, shopping, and more. Unfortunately that’s the only praise I have to offer. Bed was broken. Mattresses and mattress pads were badly stained. Pillows were stained. There was dirt and debris in the couch. We ended up being so grossed out that we left and stayed in a hotel.

Perfect place to stay centrally located

The property host was so helpful and responsive. The property is located close to Sol subway station and easy to walk to many places or quickly catch a cab. Property was clean and the balconies were nice to open the doors and let the breeze in. Had everything we needed.

Central Madrid

The apartment is located very close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol and within easy walking distance of many main tourist sites. Communication with our host was speedy and informative. We loved our stay here and would return if visiting Madrid again.

Just OK

We were not greeted by anyone. Kristian texted us instructions on how to get it which was very helpful, but we had issues connecting to the WiFi and were sent a list of 8 different networks along with passwords to try. This deterred me from doing any work as I was unsure about the privacy. The TV would not connect to any source, but this wasn’t a huge deal since we were gone all day anyway. The biggest issue by far was that when I pulled down the comforter on my bed there was a black hair on top of the sheet and it looked like it had not been cleaned. The next morning I went to make coffee and there were coffee grinds still in the reusable filter. As far as location goes,it was great! Easy to get around to everything by foot. I probably would choose another property if I returned but all in all it was not a bad stay.
