Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
*Pool will be closed for maintenance March 7, 2022 through March 11, 2022*
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

As one of our larger Tybee vacation rentals, Sandpiper Seaview 201 is ideal for people planning trips with several family members or friends. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and it has its own private entrance onto the patio. The two other bedrooms each have a comfortable queen sized bed, so the vacation home can easily sleep six people.

The rest of this ocean view condo is also sized for larger groups. An open floor plan lets you stay connected with your loved ones even when everyone is doing different things. The living room has a wide couch and several plush armchairs, and there is plenty of seating in the dining room too. The masters has a roomy en suite bathroom that contains a walk in shower, a full size tub, and a double vanity. In the second bathroom, there is a combination shower and tub that's perfect for rinsing off ocean sand.

As soon as you arrive, you can park your vehicles in our free parking spots and let yourself in with the keypad check in. You don't have to bother packing little essentials like an iron, soap, towels, and hair dryer, because we provide those. Our vacation rentals also come fully equipped with a washer and dryer, central HVAC, televisions, and Wifi.

The full size kitchen at Sandpiper Seaview 201 makes it easy to cook on vacation. You can use the oven and stove to create a delicious dinner, or you can store some breakfast basics in the fridge or freezer. We also include a toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, and cooking basics, so all you need to do is swing by the grocery store to grab some favorite cooking ingredients.

Even once you step outside the vacation home, we've still got plenty of great amenities. Sandpiper Seaview 201 comes with a patio filled with comfortable furniture. You can sip a cup of coffee while catching an ocean breeze or relax and watch the sunset. Staying at our Tybee vacation homes also gives you access to a freshwater pool nearby. The heated pool is a resort style setting, with cabanas, a grill, and more.

Sandpiper Seaview 201 Is In the Perfect Spot

Of course one of the biggest perks of Sandpiper Seaview 201 is its incredible location. Situated right next to the coast, you can see the waves directly from the living room. A few steps across the parking lot put you right on Tybee Island's renowned southern beach. This beach has smooth, golden sands and gentle waves perfect for swimming in. Our condo is right by the stretch of the beach that contains the Tybee Beach Pier, so it is in a great spot for fishing or sight seeing.

South beach also has a lot of other fun activities besides swimming. From the condo, you can easily walk to Lighthouse Pizza, Spanky's Beachside, Fannies on the Beach, and other Tybee classics. As the sun sets, explore Tybee night life. You can catch a daiquiri at the laid back Tybee Time bar or play some pool at Rock House. Depending on the time of year, you can also check out some charming Tybee festivals and holiday parades.

There's enough to keep you occupied for days in just the blocks around Sandpiper Seaview 201. However, don't forget that there is a whole island to explore. The northern part of Tybee is a bit less developed, so there are more opportunities for things like paddleboarding and dolphin watching. On the eastern coast of Tybee, there is a unique marshland habitat that you can explore on foot or in a kayak. With plenty of great activities to choose from, you are sure to have a blast while staying on Tybee Island.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
