Step inside the main house to find two spacious and inviting living rooms, both equipped with TVs for family movie nights or casual lounging. The open-concept kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for cooking and gathering, overlooking the second living room for easy flow and connection. Six comfortable bedrooms provide private retreats for relaxation after sun-soaked days.

The guest cottage is a cozy escape with its own full kitchen, well-furnished living room with TV, and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the expansive bunk room sleeps seven, making it a fun and communal space for kids or groups.

Both the main house and cottage share a large upper deck overlooking the yard, perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings. A lower deck with a calming water feature adds to the outdoor charm, while the screened-in patio strung with lights creates the perfect evening hangout spot.

"A nice large home with multiple living areas. The outdoor space was beautiful! We had a few requests of the landlord which were fulfilled in a timely fashion. Overall, nice vacation.

A Great Place to Stay for Large Groups

"This is our second time renting this house for our family reunions. Last time we had 20 people here and this time "only" 16 and both times there was plenty of room for everyone. And the backyard with all the decks...just beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and our host Dusty was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. We can't wait to come back!

"The house was great! We came with 20 people and everyone was comfortable. Something for everyone. The block and half to the beach was a home run. The house was clean and roomy. We loved it!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
