This charming seaside Victorian cottage is located in picturesque Rye on the Mornington Peninsula.
An easy stroll from Rye beach, foreshore, the heart of Rye with cafes, boutique shops, and restaurants.
An eight-minute drive to the stunning Peninsula Hot Springs, some of Australia's best golf courses, award-winning wineries, and local craft breweries.
This property is within driving distance to everything the amazing Mornington Peninsula has on show all year round.

Outdoors:
Spend balmy summer nights on the quaint front veranda surrounded by a gorgeous country-style garden, or in the generous private, back garden complete with Bbq, outdoor furniture, and a large spa.

Kitchen:
Fully self-contained kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable family holiday including full oven, grill, and hotplates.
Dishwasher, Microwave, full refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities.

Living area:
Comfortable family living area with cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.

Laundry and Bathroom:
Full laundry facilities including a washing machine dryer.
Large Shower, and Vanity.

Bedrooms:
This property has three comfortable-sized bedrooms with freestanding robes.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds that making this property perfect for a family getaway at any time of the year.

Strictly No parties – No groups under 25 years of age.

This property does not accept hens or bucks gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.

If you wish to book between November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.

Kaikora Seaside Cottage Rye
Kaikora seaside cottage RYE Fantastic little cottage based in the heart of RYE, walking distances to all your local restaurants - cafes and stores, just a short walk to the beach which was great as we have young childern and a pooch. Everything you need is right at your finger tips Apon arriving to the cottage it was very clean and everything you needed was there including a spa which was a huge hit for the kids. There is also a cute little fire place for them chilly nights which was cosie. Out the back plenty of room for the children to kick around a ball and just have FUN! All we had to do was put down our bags and start our hoilday. We did have few issues to which I called Getaway property Management and they were right on it, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the issues where rectified to which this was done in the first 24 -48 hours. Also being on the weekend they still made sure all our calls and messages were answered. I understand things happen, but they were a delight to deal with. Would definitely book again in future.

Lovely, comfortable stay
We had a lovely stay, my teen enjoyed the double bed with own TV, we played some board games, watched a movie, enjoyed the spa, bbq and had everything we needed for a long weekend including washing machine & line. Information needs updating (coffee machine is not pods) back door needs fixing, fridge was off when we arrived and hard to find where alarm was located (worried about activating alarm but it was off) Traffic was a bit noisy at times but great walking distance to eateries, beach walks and shops.

Give the house a clean and some love!
The outside and part of the inside needs to fixed. The webs need to be removed and the dirty hand prints needs to cleaned. The kitchen and, toilet and the shower were clean. the frame of the beds were dirty. Linen needs to updated then the house would be fantastic because of its location.
