Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for our short 5 day stay in Florida! We were close enough to everything but still found it quiet, peaceful, and safe. The hot tub made was fabulous. The home layout was exactly what we needed. Thank you for a great vacation place!

The place was clean, plenty a room, it was located around every place and needed to go to, an 20 to 30 mins from the baseball parks

Lovely home, great location

The house was clean and well stocked. It’s right off Skyline so you’re near Santa Barbara and Veterans. Publix and Aldi were close by. From Veterans it’s a pretty straight ride to Matlacha and lunch at the Blue Dog. No pool but a hot tub and a nice size screened in lanai. You could take chairs down outside to sun bath. I would definitely stay here again.

Friends trip to Cape Coral

My longtime firend and I stayed here and we were impressed and well pleased with this property. The location was convenient to downtown Cape Coral - which has lots of great places to eat. We went to the 'Farmers Market' downtown and enjoyed walking around & seeing all the items the vendors had on display. One day we drove to Sanibel Island to look around & have lunch...it was an easy drive there and back ... and we were glad to see all the progress being made on Sanibel. Again, it was a lovely place to stay and a convenient location for us. If we are ever in this area again, we would certainly stay again - it is a nice home!

Pool area and beach are very nice. Lots of activities for all ages. Pool DJ’s kept a fun atmosphere with great music, line dancing, and games for kids and adults. Unit 1901 is showing its age. Bathroom water in bedroom with two beds didn’t work well. Kitchen not stocked well with utensils and pots/pans making it difficult to cook. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs bedroom layout is unique.

Exceeded expectations highly recommend

The place was very clean the communication with the property managers was excellent! Very friendly very quick responses. This house had everything we needed and then some. There was a Little welcome area on the counter with snacks and beverages to welcome us when we got there they have a coffee station a wine station the kitchen had things that you would need to cook with for the week,laundry facility, back covered porch even had a TV out there. We went for walks early in the morning and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly and talked to us. we were amazed at how beautiful, clean,modern and well stocked this home was. We would book with them again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely Beautiful

This home is beautiful. Everything you need is there for a perfect stay and everything is brand new. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and loved the home. The layout is great with a separate master bedroom and amazing bathroom on one side of the home for great privacy. The living room and kitchen area are a great place to have guests over and mingle around the big island area. Loved the decor of the house which is very inviting and extremely comfortable. It also has a beautiful formal dining room. The hot tub is a very nice added plus. The beds were extremely comfortable for everyone. This is the nicest home we have ever rented! We will be back the next time we are in the Cape Coral area!

nice house, poor communication, Bad water

House was as pictured. hot tub and Grill worked. an hour before arriving, we were notified that the water was undrinkable and we were advised to buy bottled water. when asking if they would be some sort of compensation for this I was ignored and did not hear from the contact again. They could have at least provided a case or two of water bottles.

Hi Nathan, we wanted to pass along the following response from the owners: "We are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. -We contacted you as soon as we found out about the temporary water boiling notice from the city, and you let us know that you planned on buying water. We also leave a few bottles of water in the refrigerator as part of our welcome package we provide so guests can get settled before needing to stop at the market. Moving forward, if there are any boiling water notices in the future, we will provide large water bottles and small drinking water bottles and leave them at the house for the guests. -We wish you had reached out to us with any additional concerns using the contact information we provide, as we would have been happy to take care of anything else you may have needed. Our property manager and owner are always available. The property manager let us know that they did not receive any request for compensation, so we are trying to see where the breakdown in communication may have occurred so we can be sure this does not happen again. We would never intentionally ignore communication from our guests, and we are very sorry for your experience. We will be working to make sure our communication with our guests is excellent. Thank you for your feedback and your stay!"
