この美しいビーチハウスは2016年秋に完成し、思い出に残るビーチでの休暇に必要なものはすべて揃っています。
ベルモント公園の南約4ブロックにあり、桟橋の反対方向に歩いてすぐです。 に最適な場所
平和な休暇とサンディエゴとその周辺の多くの楽しいアクティビティへの短い乗車。 可能性は無限大！

この家には、大型フラットスクリーンテレビ、美しいクオーツカウンタートップとダイニングテーブル付きのグルメキッチンのある完全なリビングルームがあります。
オーシャンビューの広々としたパティオにつながるすべてのオープンコンセプトスペース。 この地上階には、大型フラットスクリーンテレビとスパのようなマスターバスルームを備えたマスターベッドルームもあります。

2階にはさらに2つの寝室があります。 ワンベッドルームには、ガラスのスライドドアがあり、美しい海の景色を望む美しいバルコニーへのクイーンベッドがあります。 2番目のベッドルームには、フルサイズのプルアウトソファと別の大型フラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 この部屋は
子供の居間またはテレビ室として使用されます。 また、豪華な海の景色を望むバルコニーへのガラス扉があります。

2階には美しいフルタイルのバスルームと洗濯機/乾燥機があります。

Quick Mission Beach Getaway

This location balances beach access and privacy while providing comfortable spaces and beach toys for the whole family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, even offering to provide local recommendations. I’ve been renting summer vacays in Mission for years & this one is worth coming back to. Thanks.

Great property, wonderful location!

We had a lovely stay for my daughter’s graduation from SDSU. Just happened that this house was two blocks away from her house, which kept things very simple for the rest of us. Ginny is a great host. Her house is lovely and communication was very good. Would definitely recommend the property.

We had a very nice stay. It was also no problem to arrive earlier. It is a very nice cottage on the beach and very clean. There were plenty of towels etc. We felt completely at ease. Gladly again !

Great location

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, house is clean. The host was super accommodating as well! The third bedroom is a pullout couch so I wouldn’t recommend that for adults but we still enjoyed our stay and the cleanliness/prime location of the home!

Steps to beach and restaurants

Super great location , enjoyed the taco stand on the block and the variety of fun and restaurants at Belmont Park. Parking was tight for a Tesla Model X, and crawling thru the back was needed, but that was OK (we expected it)

Great property and location. We came here for a graduation and really enjoyed our stay. Ginny was easy to work with and the property is well kept. Everything you need is in walking distance, we will be back.

Couldn’t have been better! It was clean and beautiful. Walk to restaurants, etc. So close to the beach! Great communication with owner. Well stocked. Home away from home. We will be back.

Lots of room and great location

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the right size house for me, a friend, and my 2 year old son. The upstairs bedroom and sitting room had amazing ocean views. Ginny was also very responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Great location, clean

Lovely home, great views from second floor & steps from the beach. Perfect location for mission beach, short distance from roller coaster and shops, but just far enough away for a little more quiet and less crowds. So nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas, barbecue and beach toys available for vacationers.
