We had such a great time. This rental was perfect for our needs. We had our almost 2 year old grandson with us and his parents. Loved walking along the boardwalk, which goes forever. Lots of restaurants and coffee, shops, and bakeries within walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

The home was in a good location and had everything we needed to to enjoy our stay. Street parking is a challenge many places in San Diego, so it was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.

We had a great stay at this beach house! Being able to walk to the beach was amazing and the overall location left us close to everything. We stayed here with 6 adults and had plenty of space to relax, cook, sleep, etc. The house was clean and exactly like the pictures provided. The host was quick to respond to questions and easy to communicate with. The 4 parking spaces were also so great! We rented a car, and they upgraded us to a bigger vehicle, and it was hard to fit under the parking area without 3 eyes on the vehicle, if you’re renting a car, I’d recommend a smaller car!

Fantastic property, perfectly situated between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. It’s an easy walk to both, yet set back just enough to offer privacy from the tourist traffic. The home has all the comforts you could want, including a spacious living room with a plush sofa and big-screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and a very functional laundry room.Parking is a breeze with a private carport beneath the property—no need to stress about finding a street spot. We also loved the outdoor amenities, especially the fire pit/table and gas BBQ grill.The owner and her family were warm, friendly, and communicative, making check-in and check-out effortless.HIGHLY recommended for anyone wanting to visit this area.

Great location. Close to the beach. Walkable for dining and entertainment. Friendly neighbors. Perfect for families and kids. The only minor issue is it’s time for some new beach umbrellas.

Incredible Property

This was an amazing place and as advertised. Very updated place, great location, the host has thought of everything. Quiet and close to the beach. Parking on site which is a plus, it’s tight but they all are near the beach. If you have some mobility issues be aware of all the stairs. 10/10.

Great property in Mission Beach

Property and location were just what we were looking for. Family of 5 had plenty of space, great to have parking, near beach and it seemed 15-20 minutes from the main San Diego attractions. The property was clean and really did have everything we could want. Without a doubt would stay here again.

San Diego Wedding Trip

First time visit to San Diego. Property was very comfortable and accommodated 5 adults easily. Covered off-street parking was great and a must-have if you have a car. Plenty of food and drink venues within a 15 minute walk. Trips into city took only 30/- minutes.

Beautiful home by the coast

The property was all that it said it was going to be. It was very clean and easy to get to. Just steps away from the ocean, we were able to enjoy the sound of the waves every day. Many great restaurants and bars nearby and so easy to get to downtown, San Diego Zoo and Balboa park. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying there.

Clean and Comfy

The house was very clean and comfortable. Had basic amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Parking is definitely tight. You have to be careful not to block entry doors or the vehicle doors that are parked next to you. Not true tandem parking in my opinion due to entry door placements. The walk to the beach was short and sweet. Overall a perfect family beach house.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Home

We enjoyed staying here for a long weekend, perfect location for long walks, shopping and enjoying the sunshine! Donna’s daughter was so helpful and accommodating, quickly addressing a few snafu’s :) Beds were comfortable and the patio firepit & big living room seating areas allowed for fun family gatherings. Showers were fantastic. I would recommend this beautiful home!!

Perfect getaway on Mission Beach!

This fabulous house just steps away from the beach was the perfect place for our annual sisters vacation! We enjoyed waking up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean and starting our day with a walk along the beach or boardwalk. We could also walk a few blocks and catch the sunrise on the bay side and in the evening watch the sunset on the beach. Our evenings were spent on the comfortable sectional in the living room enjoying our shows on Netflix. The house had a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and extra towels. We very much appreciated the beach towels and chairs available for us to use. The beach house is within walking distance of many great shops and restaurants and a great location to enjoy all things San Diego!
