Annual New Braunfels family vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and our unit was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a place near the river and Schlitterbahn!

Excellent Host and Quick Support

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was the perfect size for our family of four and conveniently located near downtown and Gruene. When we arrived after business hours, we had a small issue with the door not consistently opening with the keypad. I contacted the management company's answering service and was quickly transferred to a very friendly Mgr. They promptly sent over maintenance to resolve the issue. I was very pleased with our experience and would visit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a winter Texan from Canada. I rented this unit for three months and I loved it. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable and very well appointed. Beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds and the pool down by the river. New Braunfels Escapes was excellent to deal with. Professional and very responsive to the few needs I had during my stay. I will be back next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is very nice and comfortable. It is very well equipped. The picture is not accurate. The two orange chairs have been replaced by recliners which we enjoy. The only drawback is the mold in the bathrooms and master windows.Hopefully that will be cleaned up.

Nut House Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great area and right on the river. We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back, the condo was exteemely clean and spacious and we were more than satisfied with the accommodations. The kitchen was a hit with us as they like to cook. The pools are small and can fill up quick but we weren't there for the pools. It will be even nicer when the property next door is finished as the construction is an eyesore and quite loud early in the morning.

Relaxing Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was really nice, comfortable and well furnished, the list of restaurant favorites was a nice touch and we enjoyed the Fork and Spoon very much.We had a family of 5 and there was so much room for all of us:) The only disappointment was the management of the pool at night. Many people without wrist bands, heavy drinking for people in the hot tub and overly large floating devises that did not belong in a pool of that size. The three floating devises took up the whole pool.

I'm so happy to hear you and your family had a great time! There are so many amazing places to eat here in New Braunfels, I'm glad you were able to find a favorite! I'm so sorry about the rowdy group at the pool. I will definitely speak with the HOA of the complex that hires the security and let them know that they need to be more diligent. I hope you get to come back and visit again soon! Thanks, NBE

A great winter get away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second winter in the Nut House condo and once again it did not disappoint. The condo is clean, well appointed and beautifully situated. The balcony is very private with a view of the large green grounds facing the river where deer can be seen daily. New Braunfels Escapes is a great rental agency to deal with. Very professional and quick to respond to any issues you may have. However, over my three month stay there was only reason to contact them twice. I have booked this condo again for next winter. It’s like my home away from home.

Great place, comfortable bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a wonderful visit at NB and this condo. It was very clean and well kept. There are nice shutters on the windows to keep the heat out and the bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed the Texas theme- it made us want to go out and enjoy the towns. We went wine tasting, whiskey tasting, shopping downtown in the unique shops and antique shopping. Then we ate fantastic German food at the Alpine Haus, Krause’s and Naegelins Bakery. We planned to tube the river, but ran out of time. We were celebrating our 33rd Anniversary and hadn’t been in NB for 15 years. We will be back soon and I will gladly rent through Vacation Rentals. It was very easy and everyone we talked to we very nice and quick to reply. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
