Beach Front Blue - Absolute beachfront holiday home *OFF PEAK SPECIAL*

BEACH FRONT BLUE is a 2 bedroom holiday house that accommodates up to 5 guests and is absolute beachfront.

Sit out the front enjoying the stunning views or sit out the back and enjoy the combustion wood fire!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, freestanding electric oven, dining, lounge area with TV, split system reverse cycle air conditioner, views of the bay.

Main bedroom with ceiling fan, built in robe and views of the bay.

Second bedroom with built in robe.

Bathroom with vanity, bath and a walk in shower and separate w/c.

Laundry with top loading washing machine.

Outdoor Sitting area with gas BBQ, outdoor lounges and combustion fire (BYO Wood)

Room for the Boat in the drive way.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Coobowie is a small relaxed coastal town with a general store/takeaway, and hotel.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

No smoking inside

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$225 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$200 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable and the location was great for exploring the Peninsula. Very quiet and relaxing.

Cosy, relaxing spot for a getaway

We had a lovely weekend at Beach Front Blue. The windows/doors out to the water were beautiful to look out (as it was very windy out). A super clean and tidy place to stay. Very comfortable beds. Our kids want us to come back again. They had such a great time.

We travel to York Peninsula every year at Easter and Christmas since we were little; now with our own children staying at a different shack every year carrying on tradition.This is the cleanest shack we have ever stayed at; whilst an older shack it was beyond clean to the point even the shag pile carpet in the bedrooms DIDN'T give us the ick Perfectly clean, perfectly relaxing and comfortable.An amazing deck with view; a few updates and perfect decor! we had the best holiday! thank you!Walking distance to one of the best pubs and a great playground.Central enough to great swimming beaches Would love to see some wine and champagne glasses!!Being picky would love to see an outdoor table setting to be able to eat outside; other then that absolutely perfect!We did see other reviews about requiring basics eg soaps, toilet paper, tea towels etc Staying in shacks for many, many years we're used to bringing everything.It's not a hotel, it's standard to bring these things from our experience...In saying this when we turned up there, there were a few things provided; enough to see us through if we had brought nothing.Highly recommend!! Thank you for sharing your shack and thank you to the property managers for great seemless communication!

Old but clean. Beautiful garden.

Nice garden. Close to beach - although not a swimming beach. Place was clean and well equipped. Little to no Vodafone coverage there and no WiFi at property so unable use any streaming services on tv.Make sure you follow instructions and bring hand soaps, dishwashing liquids, tea towels, paper towel, toilet paper. None of that at the property. Could do with a can opener too. Nearest store for amenities is in Edinburgh or Yorketown Carpet coming away in door frames so a few surprise foot spikes when walking around barefoot.Property is aged but kept in very clean conditions. Pots and pans new and in good condition.
