Great vacation house

Great house! Perfect for large families. Plenty of room with great amenities. Pool & view are awesome! Larry was very helpful & fun to talk to. House could us a little TLC, to be expected with people renting on a continuous basis.Great stay & would highly recommend to anyone!

Great place!

We had a group of friends stay all weekend and were also able to have a group come in for 50th birthday party on the pool deck one of the days. Everyone had a blast and Larry was a great host. We look forward to visiting again.

Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton arrived the same week we were supposed to be there. Larry and his family have been wonderful to work with and we are looking forward to a stay in April.

Amazing Stay

The property is absolutely as beautiful as the pics. Property owner checked in as needed and answered all questions. A 10 of 10 experience! Well worth the drive from the mountains of NC.

We rented this beautiful home for family to gather at for my sons wedding weekend. It was perfect! The views a beautiful and my favorite spot was the dock swing! Thank you Larry for allowing us to make memories for our family at your home!

Paradise in Titusville

What can I say? This house looks every bit as impressive as the photos and then some! It blew me and my whole family away! There was plenty of space, a nice pool and the best jetty view I have ever seen! We saw two space rockets take off at Kennedy, we felt like we were on the front row!! Larry the owner was super nice and came and chatted with my family one night, which we loved to hear the local stories! An extremely enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend ⭐️

High School reunion

This house was a perfect fit for our needs. We came in for our high school reunion. This house was great to have a few extra friends over and hang out at the pool or on the dock. We also got to see a launch one afternoon.

Great Getaway

Perfect spot for out family with an abundant of wildlife and aquatic animals from manatees, dolphins, all species of fish to birds and our family friend gator. The pool was Great for our family. Not a true fan of electric kitchen when you come from a gas kitchen. So the gas grill was a great place to cook and worked out great for us. Did get to see a rocket launch so that was a Great bonus. Would return for another stay Thanks Tim

Outstanding Home

We were a gathering of family to celebrate the 100th birthday of my father in law. Our group included his children (son & daughter plus spouses), grandchildren (plus spouses), and great grandchildren. We found the home to be fantastic (one grandchild exclaimed, "we're staying in a mansion" and the host to be very accommodating. Of particular note is the view of NASA facilities across the bay, it is directly across from the Vehicle Assembly Building; add to all of this, there was a night launch on my FIL's birthday. We highly recommend the home.

Awesome stay!

My family and I stayed for my brothers wedding and we have all seen and driven by this property for years because we lived near by and we have always wondered what it’s like to stay there, honestly a dream come true for all of us, what an amazing place to stay, beautiful property, tons of amenities, games and features. The instruments were a blessing (we have a musical family) and Larry was super attentive, truly a great host! He answered every time we called with a question and whoa did we have a lot! Would recommend to anyone! We loved it! The memories we made will be cherished for generations, nothing in this world is truly better than that!

AMAZING HOSTS to perfectly complement the AMAZING HOME!

Larry & Jimmie made sure that we had EVERYTHING that we could need for our stay!! They allowed us to use this amazing home for my wedding and it could not have been more perfect! The house is stunning and has everything you could need for your stay! Ranging from games & kayaks to cooking utensils and laundry supplies! They are hosts that truly go above and beyond for their guests and I would recommend them and their home to anyone visiting the area! Our family had an amazing time sitting around the pool chatting, fishing off the dock and watching the MANY pods of dolphins swim up close (right under us on the dock)! It is truly a location, a home and experience that cannot be topped! If you’re visiting the Titusville area, staying here would make your trip amazing!

Out dated

Everything needs to be updated/replaced even the toilets. Your view was beautiful the house condition was poor. Didn’t even leave out an extra towel.However service from owner daughter was excellent. LOOK OUT FOR FINE PRINT CONTACT……

Spacious & Clean

My husband and I stayed with his brother and sister-in-law and two additional single family members so with 4 en-suite bedrooms we had all the space and privacy we needed … always a huge plus when traveling and there was an additional bedroom and a bed off one of the bedrooms that could have accommodated even more. The gathering areas were large enough to accommodate us as well as some friends and family who were also in town. The pool is super cute with an attached hot tub which was enjoyed by all. A super fun bonus was being able to watch a space launch from the gazebo at the end of the dock. Larry and Jimi both checked in on us at separate times to make sure we were able to access the home and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. All in all it was a win win win.

Not your typical Florida McMansion

Our multigenerational family has vacationed in Florida each summer for the past ten years— Rosemary Beach, Anna Maria Island, Cocoa Beach. We always rent a large house —important criteria: at least 5 bedrooms, 4-5 bathrooms, and a pool. During the past week, our two children, their spouses, and my husband and I all agree— this is our favorite of all the VRBOs we’ve rented. The early morning sunrise with the dolphins on the porch swing at the end of the LONG dock, the grand piano, the comfy beds, the Captains lookout at the top of a winding staircase, lounging around the pool while our grandkids swam to their hearts content —-our 8-year old grandson Henry caught his first catfish off the dock. We weren’t sure we wanted to book a house more than a block or two from the beach, but Cape Canaveral National Seashore is an easy ten or fifteen minute drive down 1A—- virtually no traffic and no crowds to maneuver through! Playa Linda is now our favorite Florida beach— clean and pristine. Add to all this, we saw not one but three rocket launches from remarkable vantage points: the dock and the upstairs balcony. By far our happiest and most relaxing vacation.

Great place to watch a shuttle launch

The back yard of the property is Gorgeous and so is the view! Our family enjoyed watching the Space X shuttle launch and the beautiful sunrises. We enjoyed fishing at the end of the dock and watching dolphins swim around each morning. The house is large and spacious for a large group to stay for an extended time and not feel cramped. The kitchen contained all the essentials for cooking multiple meals for a large group at the house. It was only a 15 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Complex and just over 30 minutes to Coco Beach. The check in and check out process was easy and simple. Our only complaint during our 5 night stay is that the pool could not be heated due to a mechanical issue. This was a big disappointment for our family, since this is one of the main reasons we rented this house. The regular water temperature was too cold to swim for an extended period of time, even for my kids until the very last evening of our stay.

Gorgeous views but property needs some repairs.

Stunning waterfront views and gorgeous yard and dock, however a number of window and exterior door headers have severe water damage. Flooring in dining room has been warped due to water damage and a number of switches do not work. The carbon monoxide sensor went off a couple of times and the host came to correct. The front bedroom has a gas water heater in the closet that seemed to be leaking though as there was a smell of gas in that room on the last night. The pool also had several water fountain features that were broken. The showers are single person and the purple tub could not be stopped up to bath the kids. The beds are rock hard also. This could be a really awesome property with some additional TLC. We will not rebook this location.

The owner, doesn’t do the scheduling himself, was not expecting us. He had contractors doing work on the property. He was expecting us the next day. I did have a VERY HARD time getting the lady that does his booking to add our whole stay to the calendar. I paid extra for air mattresses that were not delivered till the second night. So when people that were going to use them had the impression there was nothing for them to sleep on when they came in the middle of the night. They ended up getting a hotel room in the middle of the night and didn’t stay the whole time. So I do feel like we were over charged for the air mattresses. We were thrilled about the rocked launch !!! We enjoyed the kayaks and walking the pier. We saw dolphins and stingrays. Larry brought us ice. Very nice. I was not pleased when I showed up and Larry didn’t know that the heated pool was already paid for. He was telling my brother he could pay him cash to heat the pool. The hot tub does need a safety rail for everyone to enjoy it. My parents and I were unable to get in and out safely. The home itself is Amazing as far as space for all ten of us. I am disappointed the air mattress weren’t visible the first night and that I paid for people to stay and ultimately they left when we didn’t know. I also live in Florida, so I understand about water damage and everything. My parents don’t, so they were worried water going to come in because of the damage on the wall facing the water.

For our family, Wren Isle was, is, and will be when we stay again a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing retreat. The bedrooms perfectly accommodated our party of 10 and everyone enjoyed a very pleasant stay. We made full use of the ample kitchen facilities for our nightly dinners. It was a pleasant surprise that there was a crock pot which we used. Thank you, Larry, for providing fresh ice, which did not go unnoticed and lasted the four nights we were there. We loved the pool and spa and the tropical atmosphere. I think I counted 22 palm trees in the backyard, all healthy and nicely trimmed. The long boardwalk and gazebo over the lagoon was the highlight, and we were lucky to catch a launch from across the river. We hope to take out a canoe or kayak onto the river next time. Getting to and from Orlando International Airport was a breeze. Thank you for making your home available!

Der Kontakt war zu Beginn sehr gut. Nach der ersten Nacht dann sehr schlecht. Wir hatten auf Türen im Erdgeschoss hingewiesen, die nicht zu verriegeln sind, auf Türen im 1.OG die einen größeren Spalt hatten, dass Geckos ins Zimmer gekommen sind. Es war viel defekt, wo auf normale Abnutzung hingewiesen wurde. Auf den Hinweis, dass aus der Toilette Fäkalien austreten, wurde nur mit OK reagiert. Ansonsten war die Lage perfekt, der Pool, für die Größe der Unterkunft bisschen klein, aber sonst top und der Lange Steg ins Wasser hat auch zum verweilen eingeladen
