Central Property

Nice place. Clean and bright with everything you will need for a short stay. Covered parking for one car which is a big plus in hot weather (but watch out for the angle on the pavement which is bound to scrape the underside of the car). A short walk to local shops, restaurants, cafes, and banks. Convenient drive to shopping outlets, the rest of the Bellarine Peninsula, & The Great Ocean Road. Recommended.

Property exellent nothing to fault. The only thing that could be better Was the the floor plan lay out the bedrooms should be swapped around Main bed with ensuite towards the front second bedroom would be closer to bathroom.

A week in ocean grove

Enjoyed the experience. Convenient location. Clean property. Poor communication on booking ( didn’t receive any information re address etc until I rang for it ON THE DAY) No dishcloth

Good location for Bellarine visiting

Easy access to everywhere but don’t have a large car or you will struggle in the apartment car park. Issues with single bed mattress in the spare room ,and it’s linen, which has been reported and trust will be corrected. Note the Spare room has 2 small single beds ok for kids but not necessarily for taller adults.

No communication for entry until 4pm and check in was 3pm Promise of late check out and not contacted to advise if possible A credit would have been appreciated or some form of contact Unit was great but management terrible

We are deeply disappointed that your experience was less than wonderful. We consider the communications a failure from our end. On investigation there was a collection of issues including auto replies that failed to send causing delays in communications that normally roll out smoothly. We note that you advised your ETA would be around 7.00pm. On seeing your message our property manager phoned you at 3.11pm and spoke with you about access, before you received an email at 3.40pm advising same. The complimentary late checkout was provided, confirmed via email at 4.52pm and did not require any further confirmation. We can only hope that potential guests in the future read all our reviews and focus on the positive feedback from past guests rather than this one unfortunate experience.

Excellent

I stayed at the property with my friend. We had a bedroom and a bathroom each. The unit was cosy and in a great location. We didn't visit the beach because it was winter - cold and rainy, but it was in walking distance and nice to look at. Check in by locked key safe was super easy. Will definitely stay again.
