The living room at San Carlos 1007 is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Comfortable furnishings and beautiful Gulf views create a welcoming space where you can kick back and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the condo. The living room also features a convenient wet bar, perfect for preparing drinks while relaxing or entertaining.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with seating for three at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. When it's time to relax outside, step onto the private Gulf-front balcony, which offers plenty of space for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset while listening to the waves and feeling the salty Gulf breeze.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private access to the Gulf-front balcony. The recently remodeled primary bathroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks.

The first guest bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed, while an additional full bathroom with hallway access features a tub/shower combination.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

PARKING
Parking is at a premium at San Carlos, and a 2-car limit is strictly enforced. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd floor. No boats, RVs, or trailers are permitted.

PETS
No pets are permitted on this property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government-issued ID present.
