The villa features a freshly renovated kitchen with all essentials, including a Nespresso machine. It’s fully air-conditioned with a modern bathroom. Sleep on a comfy king bed, triple bunk, single bed and sofa lounge.

Fantastic villa, nicely renovated wi the a comfy king bed, what more could you want. We really appreciated all the little things like some washing powder, coffee ect.. Dianne was quick to respond and very accomodating to our requests.. very glad we chose her villa for our stay at kingfisher bay resort

Beautiful spot

We enjoyed the stay on Fraser Island,the house was clean and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer,BBQ,spacious and close to the Kingfisher Resort.We were able to park and walk to all facilities at the end of the day... including pools, restaurants and watching a spectacular sunset..very happy with the accommodation

Magnificent holiday stay.

Place is great for all ages. Location is amazing. House is big enough to house a full family and everybody has their own space. Balcony to sit in and enjoy those lazy afternoon’s..

Lovely holiday Villa

Enjoyed our stay, villa was lovely, clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the board games in the evening. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings.

Great island getaway

Villa was well located. Directions to the villa need reviewing. The villa was not very clean at all. Perfect for 2 couples & had everything we needed.

Felt like an overseas resort holiday

We had four nights here. The quality of the villa is very good with all the comforts including a bbq on the huge deck area. The resort is maturing but the staff are welcoming and courteous. We bought some groceries at the mainland reception and took them with us as we knew the island restaurants and general store would very pricey. We enjoyed the half day cruise to Moon bay and loved the pools until 10pm each night

Week in paradise

We had a fabulous week in the villa!! Perfect home away from home. It was so nice to be able to cook meals if we wanted and do the washing as we want and not have a pile to do when we got home!! Loved being within the resort to access the facilities!!

Excellent place for a family holiday

We loved the kookaburra villa because it gave us the perfect base for our holiday on K’gari Fraser Island. The villa is neatly presented and supplied with everything needed to be self-contained. We were able to use it like a home. It’s set amongst the trees with walking access to the many facilities at the Kingfisher Bay resort. Communication with the owners was seamless and friendly. We’d recommend for any family group of up to 6 people as a very well priced option to enjoy the delights of the resort and the island.

Villa @ Kingfisher

Privately owned villa at kingfisher resort, gives you access to all resort facilities.Wifi included, along with smart Tv with YouTube and Netflix on it as well as foxtel and a dvd player, kitchen has everything you could need, pans, scissors, knifes, chopping boards Villa has its own washing machine and dryer.Very happy with this Villa! More than enough towels & salt, pepper and oil were provided for cooking.Short 5 minute walk to Kingfisher bay reception/resort pool access/tennis court.Air con in lounge room, main bedroom and bunk bed room.Only complaint (which isn’t really a complaint as it was not warm/cold enough to need aircon) but the air conditioner in the bunk bed room did not work, did have a ceiling fan though. Would definitely recommend staying at this Villa!Host also gave very well detailed check in information.

A wonderful week on K’gari

We arrived very late and it was a bit hard to find our Villa so I went to reception and they were fantastic and helped me call the owner and get a lock box code that didn’t come through. The people before us wrecked the BBQ and the next day the owner had another one set up and ready for us to use . We had 4 adults and a 14 yo stay in the house and there was plenty of room for us all .we spent our days exploring the island and having BBQ!s and a glass of wine and some beers on the deck . The sunsets were magic the shops were $$$$ so bring most of your food from home we loved it and will definitely be back again

Stayz is the problem with communcation

We couldn't see email attachments is a timely manner as the attachments are held back by Stayz until you log in to their site. This is a problem as we thought the host was not attaching emails. This issue needs fixing by Stayz.

Property owners were great to deal with, the location is fantastic. Everything was clean and everything worked. Will be looking to stay there again in the future.
