The Space:

Located in Brewster is Poolside Pause, featuring a spacious layout and heated in ground pool. This home is beautifully updated with plenty of space for the whole family! Entering through the side entrance you will immediately notice the large kitchen with center island and separate sidebar area. Whether you are artfully preparing the perfect vacation dinner or crafting the ideal cocktail to enjoy on the back deck you will have plenty of room to do either (or both!).



A king bedroom with a full bath is located off the kitchen. Also on the main floor is the dining area, a family room with TV and half bath and a separate front living room with a sitting area. A washer and dryer are located in a closet directly off the kitchen.



At the top of the stairs you will find two side by side full bathrooms with shower/tub combos which will certainly make getting ready to go vacation adventuring easier (and quicker!). There are four bedrooms upstairs–two with king beds, one with two twin beds and one with a twin bed/full bed bunk bed which the kids will love!



In the back of the house is the full, heated, in-ground pool which is certain to be a favorite of the children and adults. Relax in the sun on the stone patio next to the pool or jump right in to cool down. What is better than a quick dip in the pool after a long hot day spent on the beach?



Whatever your vacation plans include Brewster is an amazing vacation destination because it truly offers the opportunity to create your own adventure. Spend your day playing a round of Golf at nearby Captains Golf Course, soak up the sun and go for a swim at one of Brewster’s many Cape Cod Bay beaches or several ponds, go shopping along Route 6A or go exploring in nature at Nickerson State Park.
