It was a great stay just had doors locked to washer and dryer

Great resort

Property was nice. Location to pool and beach was great! Note there is no in room washer and dryer. We tried to wash clothes on property twice and didn’t have quarters the first time and the service desk had none and it was full the second time. Third was a big deal to us. It is noted in the description but I didn’t realize it just said washer dryer on property not in the unit. Everything else was amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sandpiper #7203... to insure a high rental rate you have to invest in your condo as if it were your actual home. We did nit find this here. The refrigerator is really OLD, it's freezer and refrigerator door would pop open after it appeared to be closed defrosting our food and refrigerated items. There were leftover dishes, not a nice collection of plates, cups, glasses, dishware to work with. The floors were dirty so no one to go bare footed or the soles of your feet turned dark. This floor hasn't had a true mopping in awhile. The porch table it's chair to table height was not workable, the AC did not cool appropriately with doors and blinds closed at all time to assist in cooling efforts. It was in a good location within Sandpiper Cove but hugely lacked in home comfort. It was simply a place to lay our heads down but at an unworthy price.

Maintenance

The washer,s handle was broken. Difficult to use. Several vertical blinds were broken. And the sewer issue was unpleasant. We have stayed at sandpiper a couple times a year for 20+ years. I hope they do not start letting maintenance issues become a problem
