Emerald Dunes 401 is Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION HAS ADVISED US THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FOR 3-5 WEEKS BETWEEN JANUARY & FEBRUARY. THE EXACT DATES ARE NOT KNOWN PRESENTLY. DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STAIRS TO GET TO/FROM YOUR CONDO. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE.

This modern, luxurious Gulf-front Destin vacation rental in Emerald Dunes features an open floor plan and spectacular views.

With seating for six around the island and plush leather couches and chairs in the family room, it’s easy to strike up conversation while you prepare your beach feast with the Gulf of Mexico as the backdrop.
The modern white and gray interior creates a sophisticated upscale setting allowing the blue hues of the Gulf in the background to shine.

This two-bedroom Destin condo features King beds in both bedrooms along with hallway bunks for kids. Its location on the east corner of the building offers spectacular views of sunrise and relaxing coastal breezes any time of day. With a dedicated beach access and community pool downstairs, Emerald Dunes 401 is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

GREAT LOCATION! Located on the west end of Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, the property is within walking/biking distance of local shops and restaurants. When it’s time for dinner, Camille’s, a favorite local restaurant known for their fresh sushi and intimate bar, is just steps away. During the day, Camille’s sidewalk café serves a limited menu of coffee, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and local brews. Also nearby, guests will enjoy access to Publix (grocery store) and Destin Commons, featuring a bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants and diverse mix of shopping opportunities.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.

Christmas in Destin

We loved how easy it was to get around the island from this location, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, virtually everything you can imagine for indoor cooking and outdoor grilling. The beach front views are spectacular for sunrise and sunsets. The condo is beautifully laid out and decorated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Beach Vacay

Location: right on the beach with the most beautiful views! Couple steps down the private beach entrance and you are on the beach and in the water! Parking on site. Nice hotels, homes around this location, upscale area. So convenient to shopping, dining, and attractions (we didn’t travel more than 10 mins for anything, with grocery options <1 mile). Quiet location (on site and surrounding) made for a relaxing time!

Beautiful pristine rental. Appears newly renovated. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the two king size beds were very comfortable. The views were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again.

Emerald Dunes is located in Destin, FL on the beachfront with only 6 stories. It has gated beach access and is located in the heart of the Crystal Beach Neighborhood. This is a more private resort than others in the area and provides a Tobacco Free experience. There is a pool that is heated seasonally as temperatures drop in the winter plus an outdoor hot tub. Beach chair service is setup for guests of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day from spring to fall.
