2nd floor looks over the pool and beyond to the Atlantic

Great for kids. Not a far walk to the beach.

Weekend Fishing Trip 14 year Old Birthday Party

It was clean and a great location. Kids had a great time at litchfield by the sea running back and forth to the beach and the hot tub.

Great location

Location to beach, restaurants and everything needed was so convenient. Nice, wide deck overlooking pool and beach. Each bedroom with its own bath was arranged to provide privacy. Planning on being back next year.

property was great. Complete kitchen (except cutting board). Great beds and bathrooms. Clean, comfortable. However, no access to the gym or other services in the main Litchfield center.

Fall break at Litchfield

Roomy condo, had everything we needed. Fantastic view! Stains on carpet and linens. Advertised garden tub which it didn’t have.

Hey Rebecca, Thank you for staying with us. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed the wonderful view. Thanks to your feedback, we have contacted the linen company for quality control to take a closer look. FYI - All linens are commercially cleaned and delivered in shrink wrap before being placed on the beds. Also, the carpets are scheduled to be steam cleaned and the condo description and photos have been updated to clearly show the bathtubs. We are even providing a virtual tour with HDR photos to accurately show everything in the condo. Thanks again for sharing ways that we can improve this condo for future guests. Fun family vacation

There were 6 of us—grandmother (me), parents, and three young children. Great location with easy access to pool (including kiddie pool and hot tub) and the beach. Kitchen could use some updating—a good frying pan, sharper knives, and a stove with all working burners. But now that we know, we can easily bring our own pan and knives so it wouldn’t keep us from returning.

Wonderful Family Time

My family enjoyed our stay at 203 Warwick. Litchfield by the Sea is fantastic! The beach was beautiful. Location was excellent! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony each morning as the sun came up. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing in the pond! One thing I appreciated about this unit was plenty of sitting space in the living area. Small table provided a perfect place to put puzzles together. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that we had our own bedroom and bath.

Was surprised to have an ice maker that didn’t work with temperatures in the 90’s . We reported this, a plumber came and said he would have to get permission to replace ice maker. Never heard another word!! Most appliances in kitchen were “no names”. In other words junk! Kitchen faucet was the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen! This was surprising based on 6,000 we paid for a week! Other condos or houses I ‘ve rented have nice appliances.Also the toilet in master bath had to have handle moved to stop toilet water running. Every time flushed! Also one of master bath sinks was slightly clogged .

Thanks for your feedback. We were glad to get a plumber to address the issues so quickly. We apologize for not following up regarding the ice maker. The plumber ordered parts the same day and installed them the following week when they arrived. Most appliances were replaced in 2022, including the refrigerator (Hisense), microwave and dishwasher (Whirlpool), and range (Amana). The washer and dryer were replaced with LG units in 2024. Thank you for staying with us. Your feedback helps us continually improve the experience for future guests.

Beautiful property right on the beach

This is a beautiful condo, on the 2nd floor, right on the beach. The balcony is breathtaking, you can watch the sunrise from there, see the beach, the ocean and the pool right underneath. The property is as advertised, large, open spaces, bathrooms for each bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, nicely decorated. I would suggest the following: 1. If possible to let people load the dishwasher before leaving, instead having to wash, dry and put back the dishes and cutlery before leaving, 2. It would be great for the sofa bed to be made by housekeeping when requested, instead of having the visitors do that. Thank you!

Hey Nicoletta, Thank you for the nice feedback! We especailly appreciate you mentioning the great view of the beach and pool. You are correct that we ask renters to run and empty the dishwasher before leaving. This allows housekeeper time to focus on other things in the condo. Also because not all guests use the sleeper, a shrink wrapped set of linens is left. This way the sofa can be closed all the way for seating.
