Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with pool located in popular Glenbrook community in Clermont. Close to restaurants and shops at Cagan's Crossing and Highway 27 and 192. Approx. 20 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom.

* Laundry room - washer, dryer, iron, ironing board
* Pool table and darts board in garage for Guest use. Please note the Garage is not air-conditioned.
* Highchair & pack n play

* Master bedroom - King bed, flat screen tv. Ensuite bathroom with tub, separate shower, toilet and double vanities. Closet
* Bedroom 2 - Queen bedroom, flat screen tv
* Bedroom 3 - Twin bedroom, flat screen tv
* Shared Hallway bathroom - Tub/shower combo, sink and toilet.

The pool can be heated for your stay during the winter months for an extra cost. The small spa at the side of the pool is not a Jacuzzi. The spa water will be the same temperature as the pool water. To heat the spa up to 101 degrees, you will need to purchase the pool heat service. Please check with the office for details.

House was perfect for what we needed for the week! Location was great as well and appreciated the extra chairs cooler and sand toys for our beach days.

We stayed here with our 2 kids for spring break. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is great - we were about 20 minutes away from Disney and a few minutes away from several restaurants and grocery stores. LOVED the pool and spa!

Cozy Family Friendly Home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean and the rental team was fast at responding to any questions we had. We loved the pool, spa, and the game room area in the garage. The home was close to the major theme parks we visited and made our trip memorable. We would highly recommend this property!

It was very homie ,the only issue was the pool was not heated as we were expecting it was heated from the spa not a heater.
