It is a great waterfront location, and is very peaceful during the week. There much more motorized traffic on the water on the weekend, as one would expect. It’s just a short drive to groceries and other necessities. The loft bedroom has a charming view, and the sunroom off the back as well. The host is very available and helpful. The house needs a deeper clean, and cushions etc are a bit shabby. But all the necessary things (linens, towels, bathrooms, kitchen) were absolutely clean. There were some heavily scented products/air fresheners in use. Overall, a great stay.

Family reunion

Fabulous place! Communication with owner was outstanding. Reza was quick to respond and very helpful! The cottage is beautiful and the location is ideal! The cottage has everything you could want or need including kayaks and bikes! Beautiful area for swimming, boating, walking and riding. Quiet neighborhood and very close to town for anything you need. Wonderful time there and would love to go back!

A lovely cottage but the property grounds are in need of maintenance. This area of simcoe is very rocky so be sure to bring swim shoes.

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The house was very clean, had ample sleeping with clean linens, including bedding for my infant daughter. The house had everything! We used the bbq, the fire pit, and even the boat lift. We didn't use the bicycles or the kayaks but it's nice that they had them available. Reza was amazing, super responsive and helpful, we never lacked anything. Don't think twice about this place, book it, you won't regret it!

Beautiful Simcoe lakeside cottage located within Orillia. A total cottage experience down a country lane within the beautiful small city of Orillia. Take advantage of the nearby shopping and restaurants or just indulge in the total cottage experience. Great family place. Beautiful view. Wonderfully friendly and helpful owner.

Midweek escape

All though our stay was short it was peaceful and relaxing . The area is very private. We enjoyed the outdoor activities ; bikes, splashing in the water and sun bathing off the dock. In the evenings we enjoyed gathering around the fire pit . The indoor space was ample and great to accommodate the rainy afternoon. Plus, we were close to down town and enjoyed a couple great local restaurants. Thanks for everything Reza . You are a great host and very attentive.

The villa offers a stunning sunrise view over the water, complemented by the green land and villas in the other side of the big river passing water from one lake to the other. On the left side, you can see the bridge connecting two lakes, and on the right side, there is a beautiful view of a small island. Between these areas, you can enjoy the expansive lake view.
