OCCUPANCY LIMIT

Max of 12 adults, PLUS sleeping for 8 kids (via bunks and sofa beds). Kids under the age of 15 are not considered occupants based on Kawartha licensing requirements.

Upper level: 3 spacious bedrooms + living room + access to 1 private deck via master bed and 1 deck via living room

Sleeps: 6 adults on beds and 4 on sofa beds = 10 total

Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with bunks, one bedroom with separate entrance to exterior.
