Located in the heart of downtown Harbor Springs, this beautifully appointed modern condo offers upscale finishes, exceptional comfort, and some of the best views in town. Featuring quartz countertops, high-end appliances, a cozy gas fireplace, and two private rooftop decks, this is the perfect home base for your Northern Michigan getaway.

Guests enter through a private entrance and stairway on Main Street, conveniently located between Trevor Furbay Fine Goods and Between the Covers Bookstore. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a bright, open-concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room. Relax by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the large Smart TV, or step through the sliding glass doors to the first outdoor deck, complete with a gas grill and two lounge chairs.

From the side deck, a staircase leads to the expansive rooftop terrace, where panoramic views of downtown Harbor Springs and Little Traverse Bay create an unforgettable setting. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, this rooftop retreat is truly the best seat in town. The space features a four-person dining table with an umbrella, two additional lounge chairs, and a built-in bench for extra seating.

Back inside, the hallway leads to a comfortable guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious primary suite featuring a king bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring downtown and the waterfront.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and worked very well for our 1-week stay. The outside decks were great for watching the July 4 fireworks and viewing the harbor. The management company was responsive.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed fora long weekend visit. We had all the amenities of living at home including covered parking for our car and bikes. The location was very convenient right in the heart of town. Would stay there again!

We fell in love with Harbor Springs

We couldn’t have been more happy with this property and it’s location. The only problem we ran into was that the fire alarm went off randomly in the early morning hours but it never happened again. This property was PERFECT for my wife and I to stay for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great downtown spot

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. Walkable to everything you’d need in Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey and Boyne. It was clean and comfortable. Only feedback was that we didn’t receive check in details prior to arrival and had to reach out to access the flat. The management company was very responsive and got back to us immediately even at a late hour, but I would have preferred receiving the instructions prior to arriving.

No umbrella for upper deck, outside lawn chairs needed to be re-cleaned. Closet door does not work, sliding screen is broken, ironing board is broken. Mgt.company came to fix what they could, but place was very cheaply done.

The location can't be beat and the amenities are sufficient. A few issues with our stay - 1) the bed sheets in the master had stains; 2) the fireplace never properly worked during our stay, despite having a repairman come service it; 3) despite the welcome materials saying parking is not enforced on Main Street, we did receive a parking ticket the first night there. One recommendation would be to replace the coffee maker with a Keurig.

Hi, we are so sorry about the sheets. We used a linen service and all of the sheets were laundered professionally. The fireplace can be operated with the switch on the wall. It looks like a light switch but once you turn it to the on position, the fireplace will come in within 4-5 seconds. There are always parking restrictions on Main Street. This property has a designated spot in the back which is explained in your welcome info. Thanks for the info. We will try to improve.

It was thrilling to walk Main Street, climb the boardwalk, walk the big dock, and swim at the beach. We loved going to the roof/sue terrace to take in the harbor view. FYI. The door locking system is sensitive . We had to get management to help us twice.

Perfect Location

Lovely downtown apartment with a crows nest wonderful view of the pier and bay. Terrific location to walk around downtown and explore the beautiful area of Harbor Springs. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance.
