• CHAMPIONS GATE PARKING
- Parking is free.
- Limit of 6 vehicles per unit.
- Vehicles parked on the street must face the correct direction (passenger side to curb) so as to not be parked against the flow of traffic.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, fire hydrants, mailboxes or any access points.
- Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas.
- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is not allowed.
- Commercial Vehicles, RV's, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.
- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
This is optional and may not be available at times.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

We loved it!

We had a great time at this listing. We brought our group of 18 for a trip to Disney World. We loved the private pool and being able to cook at home. We will book again next year!

Champions Gate

Rental dates 17 July thru 21 July 2022 This rental had 0 reviews, which should’ve been a red flag, but based on the location (which we were very familiar with) and photos of the property, and because it was short notice and it met our needs I took a chance and decided to rent the home anyway. The home is very nice, however I noticed the following things during our stay: Arrival day Overall, the front of the property looked okay, however the front lawn was a bit overgrown and could use a couple fresh layers of mulch. The grass on the sides of the house was over grown and needed to be cut really bad. As for the inside of the property: Initial walk through of the home it appears nice, but could use a thorough cleaning and some fresh paint. Outside pool area nice, the wooden table needs to be cleaned bad. The track on the sliding door leading to the pool was filthy. The kitchen had sufficient dinnerware, silverware and pots, pans etc. We only prepared food in the house 1- night and that was grilled. The items we needed to prepare our dinner were there, except there was only 1 large bowl. We purchased a few aluminum pans, but had to be strategic making side items that needed to be mixed because there was only 1- bowl. I thunk at least 3- mixing size bowls would be sufficient. There were no wash cloths provided and only about 2 towels per bath. I called the management office and was told that they only provide 2 towels and hand cloths per bath and they do not provide face cloths at all, there were more bedrooms then bathrooms. Needless to some of the family had to go out and purchase face cloths and additional towels the first night. I normally travel with my own anyway, but everyone doesn’t- so.. if that information had been provided I could’ve probably informed the others. Dryer was inoperable the first night- We washed the towels and face cloths only to discover that the dryer did not work, since it was 10pm on a Sunday night we had to hang the items in various areas of the home in hopes they would not mildew. On top of that the iron did not work. Early the next morning I called the office and reported the issues with the dryer, towels and iron. The icing on the cake was scheduling non- emergency repairs while a house is occupied. Having guys show up with no warning to treat the pool and change locks during our stay was intrusive, disrespectful and unacceptable. We couldn’t use the pool on our last day.

This house is for sleeping only!

This property advertises it sleeps up to 18 people. It does sleep that many but if that is it. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking and eating here you better bring your own supplies. There was only enough plates for 11 people. There were no big bowls, sheet pans or pots and pans to do any kind of cooking. There was also no dish rags or towels or even a broom to sweep the floor. We had to spend alot of own money just to supply the house for the week. They did finally bring a set of pots and pans but only after we went and bought some ourselves. When we got there we noticed the ice maker in the fridge didn’t work and the dryer didn’t work. They came and looked and said they would bring a part back the next day to fix the ice machine but never showed up. No one ever showed up to fix the dryer either. We had to use a piece of cardboard from a pizza box to get the dryer to work. The pool lights didn’t work. The towels and toilet paper holders also came off the wall easily. The lights in the house also came on and off throughout the day or night as they are on remotes and no directions on how to use them. When we asked about getting some money back to replenish some funds we had to spend they said they could only give back what we paid to checkout at a later time because of a late flight. The bright spots of the home was the comfy mattresses and the Batman game room!
