This gorgeous 2-bedroom (3 bed) and 2.5-bathroom condo is situated on the 8th floor, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. Furniture, cooking appliances & Mattresses are ALL brand new 2023, all toilets in the condo were replaced in 2024. Fully equipped kitchen with Coffee/Espresso Machine, Air Fryer etc.

Our prime location in Cupecoy on the Dutch side offers easy access to various amenities, including restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, Mullet Bay Beach, a golf course, and even a casino. You can indulge in a variety of activities and soak up the local culture without compromising on your comfort and privacy.

With 24-hour security, concierge service, pool and private beach access ensure that you can unwind and relax with complete peace of mind. Six days in Paradise

The property was Amazing! The location could not have been better. The proximity to both French and Dutch side was perfect. The Amenities were not lacking. Spectacular Views from from every room and balcony..Every room and crevice was spotless! The private Beach was a scene fitting of a Movie. If you’re looking for magical fulfilling escape your search should be over! Our host Marc was available and extremely accommodating, he offered suggestions to enhance our stay. Will ABSOLUTELY be back, it’s become our happy place…

fantastic stay

Beautiful location, convenient to everything, especially Mullet Beach and restaurants. The new pool and grounds at the Cliff are exceptional, as is Mario Restaurant. We ate there 4/7 nights and never had anything that was not exceptional.

The onsite staff was so friendly and helpful! Our host, Marc, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some great recommendations for food and shopping!!!

Beautiful property

Beautiful property. It had everything I want and need in a vacation. The gym is very nice. There is private beach access that is uncrowded and secluded. The views are phenomenal. The owner was very responsive and established a direct line of communication early on. The location is just walkable and close enough to things, but not in the middle of tourist town.

Birthday Celebration Trip

The property is very nice! The condo is well stocked with everything needed from kitchen to towels for the pool and beach. The reveal edge pool is amazing! Gated property and unit security made us feel very safe. Execellent Property!

Holy cow the friendly island strikes again! It was just my wife and I but this space would have been fantastic to take our kids to. Fantastic views, super secure site, lovely front desk ladies.

A Little Slice of Heaven

We had an incredible time staying in Marc’s home. Not only were the amenities at The Cliff fantastic, but the apartment itself is outfitted with impressive furnishings. We particularly loved the extremely comfortable couches, espresso machine, and the smart shower! We had everything we needed for a wonderful week on the island, from beach towels to snorkels. Marc was also highly communicative and responsive to any of our questions or concerns. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay for a vacation and we can’t wait to return next year!
