From the very moment guests walk in to #418, they will be instantly enveloped in the calming blue and teal tones perfectly scattered throughout this condo. This fourth floor unit has the perfect vantage point of both the pool and the beautiful, Port Aransas Beach! The living room seating is well thought out and includes 2 swiveling, rocking chairs in adorable coastal themes and a queen sofa sleeper for an additional 2 guests to either spend the night on or enjoy an evening in while catching a movie on the 55", flat screen, SmartTV.
The kitchen is newly upgraded with custom, wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a premium Cuisinart Coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and a dishwasher. Leave your dishes at home- Sandcastle Condos are fully stocked with all the silverware, dishes and cookware you will need during your vacation.
For dining, guests will have the option to enjoy their meals while overlooking the coastline from the wall-to-wall windows, or if you are looking to have a quick, casual lunch, there is the bar with seating for 4 also.
The bedroom has a king bed, 55" flat screen, SmartTV, and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is also newly renovated and furnished with a shower and bathtub combination, large vanity with plenty of counterspace and small closet to store personal belongings.
