Z Breeze: Beautiful community amenities with an olympic size pool on the oceanfr

Create new vacation memories in our comfortable 'home-away-from-home'. There are only 5 other homes, and only 450', between you and the ocean, there are no streets to cross, and it's in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. We're right next to a private walkway and only steps to the beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from our Ship's Watch/Loft Room with queen sofa bed or use it as a play space for the kids to play or watch their shows on their own TV. All four bedrooms have access to the centrally located, very large Indoor Jacuzzi Room. There is plenty of covered parking to keep your car cool and shaded. We're close to shopping, restaurants, historic sights and all the places you must visit while here for a week or a long weekend. Come enjoy our special family friendly Outer Banks beach home... just bring your bathing suit and beach towel.

On the Oceanside in the Village at Nags Head. Ship's watch, screened porch,outside shower, grill.

Parking 5-6 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Ask about our Military discount.

first stay at Nags head

First stay at Nags Head after Labor Day and the weather is great and the water is warm. All the stores are open. The house is great, clean and all appliances worked. I would only recommend is a better selection of pots and pans. I really like the short walk to the beach.

Highly Disappointed

The description said the house was a 1 minute walk to the beach, but it was a 2 minute DRIVE. True, that's not far, but it is when you're lead to believe the house is beachfront/semi-beachfront. The house had roaches in the middle of the day on ceiling in open kitchen/living room. (I've stayed at several homes at the beach and never had an issue with roaches like this house.) The refrigerator had rust on the outside and inside the freezer. The windows were hard to open. We made the best of a not so great experience. The positive of this house is it was clean (except for the roaches), spacious, and comfortable. The managing real estate company was kind, gracious, and super helpful. I hope some things will change to make this house more enjoyable, because there is a lot of potential. If you need a big house, this will be a good choice, if the owners take care of a few things.
