This is due to Phillip Island being a remote location with small infrastructure and no industrial laundromat facilities to support the setup you are familiar with in other Victorian short term holiday rental locations. It is noted on the listing when you booked : 'The electric heated 6 person spa (with moderate jet functionality as of March 2024) and the fully enclosed rear yard, complete with a hammock, provides an amazing opportunity to relax in style.' .The pictures sent did not match what you've stated here (a small cobweb in a window corner and one piece of popcorn under a table) we would have happily sent a cleaner back to rectify these issues for you if you had shared them with us during your stay.
