Main level w/fully stocked kitchen, including double-oven, cooktop & dishwasher. Wall of windows in the great room allows for natural sunlight and of course, GORGEOUS views! 2 bedrooms on the main level, each with king bed.

Upper level is dedicated to the master suite! The master suite has an oversized Jacuzzi for your ultimate relaxation as well as a newly renovated His and Hers shower!
Luxury wide plank flooring was just installed this Spring to further enhance your enjoyment.

Lower level offers pool table, ping pong table, sitting area w/TV & Blu-Ray player, and bar area - this area is perfect for entertaining!

Cabin is directly next door and offers 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom.

Expansive dock allows you to walk off the deck and directly onto the dock! You will enjoy swimming off the dock being that it is especially quiet and secure not being in a channel with lots of boat traffic. Easily launch the 2 kayaks that are provided from the SANDY BEACH! Dock offers electricity, lights, floating dock for boat tie-up and party deck! Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.

Lakeside HOT TUB and FIRE PIT!

The front entrance has a covered sidewalk and driveway which allows for all weather loading and unloading. It is especially nice to have a shaded area to park under in the heat of Summer.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
