Welcome to our Beautiful Waterfront Pool Home in Palm Coast! Discover another stunning gem in Palm Coast, Florida. This newly renovated pool home is centrally located in Palm Coast's 'F' section, making it conveniently close to everything in and around the area. Enjoy your mornings on the boat dock with a cup of coffee while watching the diverse animal life in the canal. Relax year-round in the heated pool (please note the separate pool heating fee).



We welcome one housebroken dog (no cats) under 30 pounds, with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Approval is required for any pet over this limit.

There is a jetted tub attached to the pool. This is not a hot tub. This will be roughly the same temperature as the pool.



POOL HEATING INFORMATION

Pool Heating Schedule: The pool heater operates from October 1st to April 30th.

Temperature Setting: The pool heater is set to a temperature of 80°F, running approximately 8 hours daily.

Climate Considerations: In Northeast Florida, there are days during the winter months when air temperatures may not adequately support pool heating. Heat pumps are effective in climates where average daily air temperatures during pool season exceed 60°F. There may be days where the pool temperature may not reach this set temperature. Please consider this climate information when booking, as it may affect swimming comfort during colder periods. When the outside temperature gets below 40°F the pool heater will automatically turn off.



Pool Heater Charges

The cost for pool heating is $100 per week, plus tax.



Please adjust your expectations based on the regional climate and average weather temperatures before confirming your booking.



THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.

Boat Lift: Do not attempt to use the boat lift. Owner may dock their boat during your stay.

Pool: The circular area attached to the pool is a shallow sun shelf (tanning ledge) designed for lounging and cooling off. It is not a hot tub or spa.



For insurance purposes and for your safety there are Exterior Surveillance Cameras at this property. Security cameras are at the entry of the home, on the garage, side of home and overlooking the pool area. Any guest found circumventing the homes security cameras will incur a $500 charge.*

After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Peaceful Retreat

Stayed for 10 weeks in this lovely home. The canal dock offered a peaceful place to relax and watch the birds. Having a small pool was very nice when it warmed up outside. The home was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Found great access for biking nearby and many restaurants.

Beautiful house, beautiful pool, beautiful canal, centrally located, close to Flagler beach.

Very cozy, clean home. House is centrally located. We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the lanai, afternoon swims, dinner by the beach! This was my happy place!! We plan more stays at this wonderful home!!

Awesome pool house!

This was our second visit to this home and will be our only choice when visiting Palm Coast. The house is beautiful and immaculate with a beautiful lanai and pool overlooking canal, all in Pristine condition. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets! It is also close to restaurants, shopping and the beach….. who could ask for more?!

Breezy waterfront pool home

I was extremely impressed by the level of comfort hanging out poolside. The temperature hovered between mid to upper 80s, and with the offshore breeze running through the pool area, we were never hot from the humidity. We loved the inside of the house as well. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to anything you might need for your stay. Do not hesitate to book here.

Exceptional Stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay in this lovely rental. This home was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and made for a very relaxing weekend. The fenced in yard and gate allowed our aging dog to be safe without worry. Management was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. We have nothing but positive things to say about this property and hope to return again in the future. Great spot!

Our little weekend getaway was great! The house was nice and easy to check in. The fenced in yard was a great feature and made the trip much more relaxing, as we had our dogs. The only draw back was getting past the idea of someone watching the pool camera, while you’re in a swimsuit trying to relax. I understand why the owners have cameras around the property, obviously, but the pool facing one is a little weird to get used to. Overall, great stay and plan to be back soon!

The homeowner does have security cameras on the outside of the home for insurance purposes and you can rest easy as they don't look at them while guests are staying. Great Place

We cannot say enough good things about this property. It was very clean, spacious and true to the description/picture on the website. Valarie and Jason were very responsive to any questions we had. Yard was great for our four legged kid and the doggie door perfect. Only thing that did not cooperate was the weather. Thank you so much.

Amazing Thanksgiving

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful house Thanksgiving week with our 2 young adult children and their dog. It was FANTASTIC. The neighborhood was peaceful and the house was close to everything. We drove to the beaches, parks, and St. Augustine. We had not visited this area of Florida and I fell in love with the amount of trails and parks that were available. You got a sense of nature and exercise being an important part of the community. All of us, including our dog, loved sitting at the dock and watching the fish. We were even able to enjoy the pool Thanksgiving day while the food was in the oven. I can't say enough positive things about the property. We would love to return.

Great, would love to come again!

We stayed 2 weeks in June 2024. We were very pleased with the property, and Valarie at iTrip was a pleasure to work with. We were immediately impressed that the property is exactly like the photos! Sounds ridiculous, right? But we've all seen properties where the photos don't match the reality. Thanks for the honest photography! The kitchen, appliances, cookware and dishes were more than adequate. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. Bathrooms were great, too. The pool area and shaded patio were also very nice. Fishing from the dock was convenient and fun. We had an a couple in their mid 80s with us for a week and the accessibility was good for them. This is an especially good setup fir two couples.

Very nice place but lots of rules

The home is very nice. Clearly has been recently remodeled. Great layout with bedrooms separated on each end of house. Some thoughtful touches like laundry baskets in each closet. Lots of pillows and comfy blankets. The WiFi is great, allowing my husband to work from the rental. The pool had an issue on our first day but Mgmt company was responsive. I gave it 4 stars because it wasn't conducive to relaxation. One towel per person was provided. So had to run laundry more often than should have been necessary. The house rules were extensive, with 5 bullet points dedicated to the proper way to take out the trash. Despite being charged a hefty amount for cleaning, we were expected to strip all the beds, take out our trash, wash all the dishes and put them away. What exactly does the cleaning fee cover?? The "House Rules" state that check-out is 10am and cleaner will be there at 10:15. She actually showed up at 9:45 as we were packing. Again nice property but big miss on the relaxation factor. I would encourage the owners to consider the experience they are creating with the "binder."

We loved the house, however the pool does needed to be cleaned badly. Also, we were not made aware there would be security cameras, in the pool area, and the dock area, and the driveway. We follow the rules and treat all the rentals we have ever had as if they are our own home. We understand that not all people do but i think that should be highlighted when people are booking the property. We did enjoy the house and it was beautifully remodeled and very clean.

Fantastic canal house in quiet, private neighborhood.

House was fantastic, clean and pool was great! Definitely a 5 star property. Washer and dryer make it great for packing light. Publix, CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks and all varieties of food nearby. Highly recommend Flagler beach for a touristy area and Fort Matanzas for a great relaxing and swimming beach, Only complaints are small and relatively insignificant. No trash bags were provided and previous guests did not take trash to curb so outside trash can was full. A side note, we fished everyday with shrimp and fish bait and didn’t get a single bite off the dock at their house.

Thank you, Adrian, for your stay and review. So glad to hear that you had such a fun stay! The area is perfect for a family beach getaway! We provide a starter set of paper/trash bags for each guest, so sorry if that was an oversight. We are a local company happy to run a trash bag over. Typically vacation rentals will provide a starter set, and if guests stay longer, they would fill the gap.
