The Space:
This simply fabulous contemporary townhouse will knock your socks off. With sleek yet inviting décor, gorgeous mountain views and first-class appointments, you won’t want to leave.

As you step through the front door, you’ll find yourself in a pleasing, open concept living space with large, evenly spaced windows along the exterior wall, offering fantastic views of a quintessential “Colorado Rockies” landscape.

The sitting area provides a variety of chic seating clustered around a coffee table, including a sofa with a built-in chaise for putting your feet up after a rigorous day at work or play. A large TV is mounted above a glass-enclosed fireplace.

Just behind the sitting area, you’ll find an elegant but casual dining table for at least 6, with additional chairs.

The kitchen is seamlessly incorporated into the space, with a breakfast island with four stools overlooking the dining table. Prepare meals in style, amid gleaming modern cabinetry and high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a large refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances have also been provided for day-to-day ease, including a coffee maker, toaster, and electric water kettle.

A convenient powder room or half-bath stands just off of this open concept living space.

A spacious primary bedroom occupies a corner spot, offering windows on two walls and sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony with seating. Relax on your king-size bed beneath the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan and enjoy your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted TV. You’ll appreciate the stunning beauty of the private adjoining bath with a glass-enclosed shower and modern soaking tub, complete with a tub-spanning tray for reading while you bathe, or sipping a glass of wine. The extra-wide vanity offers two sinks and an oversized wall mirror. A walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your wardrobe and luggage.

Experience the ultimate in luxury and ease as you ride your private elevator to the lower level of the home, or up to the roof deck. It makes this home an ideal choice for those with limited mobility.

Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish space that’s reminiscent of an upscale cocktail lounge, with corner banquette seating curving around a table, additional seating, and a large TV. It’s a great space for entertaining or family fun. Sliding glass doors lead to an outdoor patio.

Also on this level, you’ll find a concealed, full-size washer and dryer.

Three bedrooms occupy the downstairs. The first bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan with the added benefit of a private full bath with a combination tub/shower behind a glass door. The middle bedroom is ideal for a child, with a full-sized bed that includes storage below, a dresser, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom provides a queen-size bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan.

An additional full bath on this level includes a combination tub/shower and a generously sized sink vanity.

Ride the elevator to the roof and enjoy incredible views from the spacious terrace. You’ll find a set of beautiful patio furniture, gas firepit, and countertop unit with a built-in natural gas grill and sink, perfect for al fresco meals or cocktail soirees against a striking natural backdrop. Guest Access:
All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in one of Colorado Springs’ most elegant neighborhoods on the south end of the city. The jewel of the area is the world-famous and historic Broadmoor Resort, surrounded by a stunning collection of mansions, some at least a century old.

The location is incredibly convenient. In the immediate area, you’ll find yourself a mere 5-minute drive from the Broadmoor Towne Center mall at the heart of a commercial hub on CanAm Highway. You’ll find a Safeway supermarket, Walgreen’s, and a wide selection of dining options.

In about 6-8 minutes, you can find yourself in Downtown Colorado Springs, where you’ll find additional shopping and dining, as well as entertainment venues, museums, art galleries and more.

The Colorado Springs region is known for its exceptional opportunities for outdoor recreation. Within Colorado Springs and into the Rockies, you’ll find places to hike, ski, hunt, fish, zipline, go rafting or fossil hunting, and so much more.

Some favorite outdoor attractions include:

North Cheyenne Cañon Park: hiking trails, wildlife spotting, picturesque falls (7 minutes)

Bear Creek Regional Park East: hiking and biking trails, dog park, tennis courts, playground (9 minutes)

Red Rock Canyon Open Space: hiking trails, bike park, off-leash dog loops (11 minutes)

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
Reminders About the Property:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Type of Cooling for the Home:
-Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

🐶 NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

Locations of All Security Cameras:
1. Camera above the garage facing the driveway. It is on and operating.
2. Ring Camera door bell located next to front door.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:

-NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
-We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
-Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
-We cannot guarantee an early check-in, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver:
- Instead of charging a security deposit, we charge a non-refundable damage waiver fee (See Rental Agreement for a detailed breakdown of our guest fees) that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waver fee is Non-Refundable; If a Guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property Manager.

Nice but neglected. Not "in one of the most elegant areas"
The townhouse is set-up to be nice, but we encountered disappointing problems immediately upon arriving. Inside the garage we were immediately struck by overwhelmingly bad garbage smells. Both of the large trash bins had been left completely, overly full, of the previous renters trash. Inside the property, looked good, at first glance, but as all family members split up to go to showers, we found that the hard floors were still dirty in the bathrooms. The only thing we had been made aware of before arrival, was that the refrigerator was not working. Upon inspecting it, we found that it actually worked fine, but smelled of something that we were never able to identify. When we made our way up to the 3rd level to see the rooftop, we were again hit with a terrible smell like the garage. It was due to a large spot on the landing carpet, right at the top of the stairs, which made it clear that this floor had not be cleaned at all. Contacted the managing company first thing the next morning. Although quick to respond and courteous, we were left to deal with the overfull trash bins through 5 of our 8 days stay. Did send cleaners for the food stained carpet right away. One of the bar stools at the kitchen island was completely broken,but sitting right along with the other stools. Were told, many times, that they would strive to do better in the future. Not helpful to our stay. Neighbor was old but ok. Overgrown yards on the corner and beside the townhouse. Not as advertised.

Very Enjoyable Stay
Townhouse was clean and well maintained. This is a fairly new home and it shows. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the elevator!
