Welcome to Mariners Watch 303, this 3 bedroom luxury condo has all your family needs for a wonderful stay at the beach. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this unit sleeps up to 9 people and is just a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Now allowing weekend rentals for the rest of the summer season! Stay any 3 nights! Enjoy sunset views from your private balcony, swim in the outdoor pool, and walk just a few steps to the well known restaurant of Fish Tales. Bedding is as follows, K,QT, Q, QS. The unit is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 9. * Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great place to stay

Excellent location. Spacious unit with all necessary amenities. Comes with parking for 2 cars on location. Walk 2 blocks to the beach. Beautiful ocean beach, quiet section of boardwalk. The unit has a balcony facing the bay. Walk right out to the bay side and catch a fishing boat or some outdoor dining and entertainment. The only negative is the pool which is tiny and adjacent to the parking section. Not the impression one gets from the photo. But with the ocean so great, the pool wasn’t missed.
