As you walk in the door you will love the open space of the home with a modern kitchen, funky furnishing and a view from every room overlooking the beautiful Broadbeach waterfront. Boasting 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this home is exactly what the Gold Coast lifestyle is all about. The home is architecturally designed to open up and capture the cool breezes off the water during summer or you can close the doors and enjoy the airconditioned comfort.

A highlight for many is the wonderful grass area between the heated pool and waterfront which has plenty of room for the children to play and run around whilst you watch from the covered outdoor living. You will love the sandy waterfront connected to the property which has a private jetty you can fish.

The theatre room is complete with a huge screen projector, making it perfect at night when the family need a break after swimming in the pool all day. Adding to the activities is the classic board games, vintage arcade game. Like all of our homes you have free access to high speed Wi-Fi, Foxtel pay TV and Netflix.

A $2,000.00 Security Deposit will be required prior to check in. This will be charged to your nominated credit card as a Pre-Authorisation which will be released after you check out.

NOTE: There is currently a construction site across the canal from our property.
Some noise may be experienced starting from 6.30am Monday-Saturday.
