This was a perfect weekend getaway , the location was nice ,room was clean and property had 2 places within walking distance to grab a bite to eat with music and a friendly staff - the pool was steps away not crowded and the sunset views were amazing ! The host sent excellent instructions before our arrival - everything was just easy and just right for a relaxing quick getaway !!

Great getaway

The best part is sitting on the wall and watching the dolphins play. The room was clean and as described. Host was very informative and made sure we had all the info before arriving. Cute beach.

Little Harbor

We stayed at Little Harbor all of January and part of February. There are many things to do at Little Harbor and in the area. We spent more time in our rooms than we usually would because of cold weather, but the rooms provided everything we need. Looking forward to returning.

Room was nice, small kitchenette made it so we did not have to eat out if we didn’t want too, 2 delicious restaurants within walking distance, as well as beach access and 2 pools, definitely would return

Great Stay

Overall experience was great. From check in to check out. Would like to have pool stay open longer. It closes at dusk. I was here for work so by the time I got back pool area was closed.

Location great

The property was wonderful, check in was easy. The beds had some type of hard foam mattress substitute that was not comfortable and were covered with a plastic like mattress cover that encouraged moisture collection. In a humid climate like Florida, I definitely would have used a material that breathes. So other than the damp hard bed, the stay was good.

Facility was in a very nice peaceful area. Walking distance perfect to beach and restaurant. I didnt like that you have to take out trash. We pay cleaning fee for that. Furniture needs to be updated. Bed was uncomfortable.

Stay away if Carmen is attached to property.

Didn't even meet basic necessities- filthy, cockroaches appearing regularly. Not enough utensils or cutlery for even two people. The only knife that somewhat cut was ONE cheap steak knife to cut anything. Casserole dishes that did not fit microwave and when no oven. Smoke detector hanging off the wall....stove top burners that did not work at all and so old. Remote controls for TV were malfunctioning and no response from Carmen when contacted about issues.. Overall, nothing more to say but stay away from this slumlord!!! Been coming here over10 yrs and this is my first experience with a terrible unit. There are many other nicer units forr the same price.
