Our goal is to have you feel like you are walking into a brand new vacation home that no one has ever stayed at before!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is registered as a vacation rental with the City of Sarasota with a Registration Number of VR22-00101. Due to City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property must be rented once during a seven (7) day period and have a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. This pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th.

Perfect location

House was conveniently located to both St Armand’s circle and the beach. The pool has all day sunshine and the water temp was perfect. The house was perfect for our adult children and our grandson. The manatee visits and eagle nest was a bonus

Fantastic property in a tremendous location!

This beautiful home is located in the perfect location, steps from the shops and restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach and on a canal leading out to the bay. It fit our group of 8 really well and honestly could hold 10 pretty easily. My only complaint, and it's a VERY small one, is there were no condiments, so make sure and plan to get your own (coffee, salt, pepper, catchup, creamer, etc.). We will definitely be back AND loved the customer service. It was completely first class!!

Great Place to Stay

We rented this house for two weeks to be used by my wife and me, along with two of our adult sons and their fiances, with daily visits from another adult son and his wife. The house is impressive, and we enjoyed it tremendously. The management company was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. It was well stocked with towels, kitchenware, supplies, and more. The highlights of the house were definitely the location, the peaceful backyard with manatees right off the dock, the primary bedroom that is huge and quite nice, and the family room sofa that seats fifteen. We had so much room to stretch out and chill when we wanted to. The yard was both great and a bit disappointing. Great in that it was very peaceful and we were able to see manatees many mornings. The kids used the pool often. Disappointing in that it was in a bit of disarray with tired furniture and only two small umbrellas for shade. There were also nails left on the patio from recent improvements. The washer and dryer are functional, but in need of attention. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! The day we left, they were actually improving the yard, so we're interested in seeing what it looks like now.

Could be Amazing but had issues

We rent houses all the time for vacations so this is not our first rodeo, this is an honest review. We had high hopes for this property. Upon entering the house it visually looks great, however there was a huge problem with the Air Conditioning which is significantly undersized for this size house. Property Manager sent the AC company who tried but there was nothing they could do. One unit is for the Mater Bedroom upstairs which was 78-80 degrees most of the day until very late at night. The other unit downstairs also had an issue, the living room was hot and so were two of the three bedrooms on the first floor. We are Floridan's so we are well aware of the heat in the summer. The Dishwasher is in need of a simple repair (screw it into the cabinet so all the shelves don't roll out every time it is opened) the washing machine also does not work great doesn't spin the water out. The best thing about this house is the location, walking distance to the beach and the manatees swimming by all day long. Cottages on the Key did everything they could to resolve issues but it is beyond their control.
