We actually don’t live far away but wanted a nice little start vacation close by. The property is very well-maintained, quiet, family, friendly, close to all of the shops and restaurants and beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very well maintained, well appointed place. Great location, short walk to the beach. Anna always responded quickly. Very friendly and professional. We’d love to stay again on future vacations. Highly recommend.

This condo was fantastic! It had everything we needed and it was so clean. I’m crazy about things being clean and even the linens were perfect. The beach cart was so helpful! We can’t wait to return!

Great beach condo

Very clean and convenient location. The home was also very well stocked. The garage was too small for my car, but was nice to have, to change out of wet beach clothes and throw straight into the washer before going into the house. Had a small issue with the back door that was immediately taken care of within 15 minutes of calling owner. I would stay here again!

Family/Pet Friendly

Everything you need for the beach and your stay is located on the property: chairs/beach towels/toys for kids. We brought our dogs. They enjoyed walks along the beach. This complex is in walking distance to the beach restaurants and coffee shops. I definitely recommend this unit. We will be coming back! Enjoy!

Great Location, easy access to the beach

All in all, this was a great place to stay! It's very convenient to the beach, food, and downtown St. Augustine. The unit provides beach chairs, towels, cooler, cart, etc. only thing missing is an umbrella. Our dog did okay sticking to the designated dog walk path, but the pavement to walk over can get very hot- so if you bring your pups, don't forget to bring dog shoes. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again :)

Unfriendly residents.

Not as advertised. Outdated amenities in the unit. It said pet friendly, but our pets were not allowed to be on the lawn, that appears to have not been cut for at least a month. Instead, we were required to walk them on the very hot pavement, which is extremely unhealthy for a dog, to a narrow strip of grass where they could walk. We walked them on the grass the first day, not knowing it was against the rules, literally for less than one minute, straight out to pea and straight back in, and in that time the property manager received 5 complaints about it. A VERY unfriendly place to stay.

We were very comfortable after we finished cleaning

The condo is obviously very loved by someone. They put nice furniture in it, decorated it beautifully, and made it a very cozy home. The problem really is just in the cleaning. When we arrived we noted the walls were dirty and the floor was severely stained right away. When I looked at the dishes I noted they had been put away still very wet (bacteria growth) and were visibly dirty. I immediately began washing. The knives were sharp but too many occurrences of being out away wet has left them rusted. The drawers and cabinets also needed cleaned. They were full of debris. The garage trash can was already full from the previous occupants, with pizza boxes piled on it. This should have never been our responsibility to manage. The showers didn’t look like they’d bee cleaned in a while. We went and bought shower sanitizer for them. Something we don’t even use at home because we use natural products but there was so much pink bacteria in the bottom shower we went nuclear on it. The book of instructions was contradictory to all of the emails. This was very confusing. The email had the wrong wifi code but the book had a code that was correct, but scribbled out. The email said not to strip the beds but the book said to. Things like that. That being said, once we had spent half a day cleaning, we were comfortable. I’m irritated that we paid a ton of money and lost that time but the condo itself is nice. It’s just the cleaning person that needs adjusted.

Great Condo, Great Location

As other reviewers have mentioned, this condo is extremely clean. It was very close to downtown Saint Augustine, and a stone’s throw from the beach. We unfortunately had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian, but Patty was super easy to work with regarding our early check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing and convenient!

We had a great last minute stay! The property was the perfect size for our family and had wonderful supplies for us to use for the beach and for our stay. We were very thankful for the extra items available for our use such as the cooler, wagon, beach chairs, and toys for our kids to play with! Everything was just perfect! Beautiful condo, pool, and beach access!

Nice condo right on the beach

Communication with hosts for the booking and throughout the stay was responsive and pleasant. The condo was very clean. The kitchen has everything to cook family meals. The beds were comfortable. The property, pools, and beach boardwalk was well maintained. The only recommendation I have for the property is to have a dedicated pet area with a waste disposal.

Great stay

Overall location is wonderful...quiet and right on beach and just a 10 min drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown. A few restaurants nearby, too, if you don't feel like going into town. Beach access easy. Place was clean and comfortable- loved it!

This place comes stocked with all you need for the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! We loved that it didn't feel like a cheap vacation home. It was clean and comfortable and it was stocked with nice beach towels, beach chairs, toys, noodles, etc and a wagon to get it all to the beach. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was great too - we were able to do burgers and hot dogs one night. The location was also perfect - next door to putt-putt and a short drive to Island Donuts!
