This 2-bedroom townhome was fully remodeled with functionality in mind! You will love the clean minimalist design with big functionality packed into this townhome! Enjoy the Colorado sunshine in a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook delicious meals during your stay. High end finishes throughout. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Central air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer time. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more. Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. Sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio with pet friendly astro turf, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Onsite free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit.

Central Air conditioning, Roku smart TV for access to all the major apps AND access to local channels with spectrum TV, Upgraded Wifi (1 gig) for quick internet connections.

Pets allowed for an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pets MAX.

Very clean, convenient location, perfect for our visit!
Enjoyed some time skiing at Powderhorn with our son and saw a small herd of big horned sheep on the way back to GJ. Also visited Rifle Falls State Park. Beautiful!

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay. Very modern and clean. They provide and set up a pack and play for our infant daughter to stay in. There is a nice patio perfect for hanging out. We would stay here again.

Nice and clean!

We had a great time! Everything was super clean and well maintained. The AC worked great! Rooms were a nice size which made it easy to travel with little kids. Closet in main bedroom was spacious. We look forward to staying again in the future!!
